I could not say it any better myself.

My sons formed good habits between conception and 12 years old,  without even thinking about doing so - and avoided bad habits also,  again without even thinking about it  -  no "self-consciousness" about 'habits' while they were young and trained as they should be ....  

Hopefully Yahweh can do so with us also, "grown-ups" ,  as we become in faith in Jesus' Faithfulness and trained by HIM to live right , His Way....

Think we must put forth some effort to form a good habit that will stick
