You know, at this point it's laughable how Iran has played the world community. It seems once a month they have made some sort of statement indicating they would be open to further talks or that they would agree to suspend enrichment only to continue doing as they have done before. It's like watching an episode of the three stooges.

Let the European nations pay for their own stupidity. First they let the fox into the hen house and now they will tend his wounds too? Right about now they are beginning to know what a dog being mounted feels like. Now they have to muster the will to send a warning, and be willing to back it up, or forever hold their peace.

I have little doubt that the U.S. has an abundance of oil, but as many have pointed out, environmentalists have been lobbying to prevent exploration, let alone drilling. While it's not likely that we would stumble on a deposit large enough to free us from our dependance on foreign oil it would certainly help provide some releif from the greed of OPEC.

As this article supports, even reiterates, it's not the attacks by the radicals that we should fear, but the silent aproval of the rest of the muslims. We know that muslims are not shy about displaying their outrage at anything that mocks or disrespects the name of Mohammed. So, by their own actions, or lack thereof, they have shown that they do indeed aprove of terrorist tactics and attacks. There is a good chance that any attacks on muslims, regardless of their religious affiliations, will be blamed on Christians, especially since Europe and America are viewed as Christian nations. It would not be a surprise if many parts of europe begin to resemble Ireland in its recent past.

I think now we have to reconsider our views on how we should react to those who chose not to act on desires. For those people who harber certain desires, while they may not act out on them, we must understand that the desire only continues to grow. If a man is sexually aroused by children then that man is a threat regardless whether or not he has YET acted out on it. Just look at the effects on children that have been molested by either a priest or parent. More times than naught they keep it to themselves and that single event becomes that particle of dust upon which other negative events begin to compound and grow. Then, at some point, when the pressure is unbearable, something triggers that person to act out and the results are often shocking. The point is, we should not be so quick to disregard desires that are not acted out on as they tend to fester and sour given enough time.

Even as the torah has examples of where this kind of behavior leads, as with Sodom and Ghamorah, even the Jews are contemplating showing "tolerance" of such behavior? What is this world comming to?

Hense the law making conversion by "allurement" illegal. While it is definately illegal to kill people for not converting in India they have made it quite easy to convert by twisting people arms. All the muslims have to do is threaten to kill the members of a persons family and we all know that random acts of "terrorism" are happening all the time. Perhaps the muslims will blow up a few families and then claim that the people refused to convert. Once the fear has set in all the muslims have to do is aproach them and make the occasional threat. Meanwhile, Christians who give out clothes and food and bibles will be locked up using "allurement" as a conversion tool. You have to read between the lines on this one folks.

I think this Amish community has been a wonderfull example for us and should help us to understand how far from God many of us really are.

An utter outrage! Our government is open to and even encourages everything that goes against Jesus and his teachings. While we are taught to avoid conflict our silence also comes with a cost.

I guess the biggest crime here is the equating of "allurement" with "forced" conversion. Basically they have outlawed prothelisation and made conversion by intimidation and threats all the more easy. The Hindu politicians are trying to make it easier for them convert while putting restraints on those of other religions. Ultimately it is the Christians, who covert by teaching the Gospel of peace grace and love, that will suffer since none of the other religions will see any noticable disruptions.

Jesus is the reason. It's that simple. As his followers we understand that we are heirs to the promise of eternal life in his kingdom. We are happy in the knowlege that we will dwell with him and we are at peace knowing that nothing can take that away from us. For some this is a source of jealousy and for others, who lust for power over others, a source of much frustration and hatred. Those who cannot be corrupted will be destroyed. Sound familiar? Islam embodies the beliefs and practices of Satan himself and is his instrument of warfare against the followers of Jesus and The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The saddest thing is not those who die in Jesus name, but those who die in the name of a prophet that only claimed to worship the God of Abraham.

While necessary I think the cuts in production are a prime example why we need to be weened from our dependance on foreign oil. We have already seen where this money is being used and I think think as they manipulate oil prices we should be able to regulate our usage in leu of funding nations that sponsor not only terrorism but are also financing the rapid growth of muslim worship centers and in effect, Islam. While we Christians have to dig deep to keep our worship centers going, the oil rich nations have enough disposable income that they can afford to create and operate an ever growing number of muslim "worship" centers. Regardless what some may believe, the spread of Islam is indeed the spread of intolerance, opression and the proprensity for violence in the name of a God whose honor they will die and kill for.

Hebrews 11:34 Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.

I wonder what the chances of TBN picking this up are. Probably not very good since it would probably not generate alot of money.

Ooooohh! I like this idea! Let homosexuals have their parade somewhere else if they can't have it in Jerusalem. I think Tehran and Damascus would welcome them with open arms. What muslims really like is when you tell them that Mohammed was a homosexual. It makes you wonder how many gay parades are being held in France these days. If the homosexual activists actually thought about it they would try to hold parades all over Mexico and then they could piggyback on illegal immigrants as a way to spread their disease.

What's a real shame is the bias these laws show towards all religions except Christianity. Not Only are those who spread the word attacked, they also have to create laws that make it illegal to do so and legal for others to exact punishment against them. What more testiment do we need than the outright and open movements against those who believe in and follow Jesus?

What the perpetrators of these crimes don't understand is that they are actually helping the cause/movement by punishing Christian leaders. The are providing proof that supports what the bible says and in so doing they are actually giving these people hope that they desparately need. Even as we cringe and lament such brutal and evil acts we are reminded that we were told this would happen. For his name sake we will persist and will never be afraid of speaking his name before others.

Just so we are all on the same page, I was refering to the people who protest at funerals. They all have demons in them.

Funny how they manage to keep their mouths shut as long as the palestinians are giving Israel trouble, but just as soon as they start fighting among themselves violence is suddenly considered madness. The Arab states are the ones that have been whipping them into a frenzy and when they start snapping at each other the arab league starts to care. This is more proof that the middle eastern nations have collectively been offering encouragement/support to the palestinians to make war with Israel. All of Israels neigbors are happy to make life miserable for Israel as long as they can't be directly tied to such activities. I say that thier silence and lack involvement shows how they really feal and only when palestinian "madness" is directed anywhere other than at Israel do they decide to speak up.

Actually all they have is data and statistics and in legal circles all they have is precident.

These people seem to be another of Satans instruments to cause the people to reject Jesus by giving them the wrong impression of Christians. They all have demons in them and need to be prayed for.

I find myself saying this alot only to wind up biting my tongue. I sometimes forget that we are to hate the sin and not the person. Under these circumstances I believe the man was not evil but posessed. There are simply too many of these shocking events occuring these days to chalk them up to coincidence or part of a trend of events that can be "diagnosed" away. Satans minions are hard at work preparing the people for the anti-christs comming. When events like these stop occuring the anti-christ will be the one to take the credit as if it were part of some miracle. These shocking occurances will become, as they have been, more and more commonplace and obviously more shocking until the anti-christ makes his apearance. Put on the armour brothers and sisters and keep looking up.
