Be assured that Israel has some of the best spies in the buisness. If they do attack Iran, you can bet that they will have a good reason. -

Childish and repugnant behavior from a nation that regards itself so highly. And will we see riots over this? I doubt it. -
Cindy Sheehan should be tried for treason. She is fraternising with the enemy and inciting violence against Americans.

Candy? Brachs maple nut goodies or junior mints. snack? I would have to say popcorn though I am liking celery stalks in peanut butter. I broke from my diet when I went to the theater this weekend and had the Musketeer bites. I miss the original three musketeers with the lighter chocolate filling, this darker stuff doesn't compare.

Actually, the "world of Islam" is using the Palestinian "cause" to facilitate the destruction of Israel and consequently every Jew. Consider the recommendation if the Iranian president to move the Jews to Alaska. If, hypothiticaly, all the Jews were moved to Alaska, Islam would STILL be trying to destroy them. It has nothing to do with the land, and everything to do with Islam and its conquest to rule the world.

Worthy News: Iran: Referral to U.N. Will Kill Russia's Uranium Pro
O'Dannyboy replied to George's topic in World News
Their government is acting like a spoiled brat. "If you tell on me, your not my friend anymore" Now that they have turned the case over to the security council they say they will resume uranium enrichment at full capacity. Everything their government does and says reflects their willingness, or lack of, to cooperate. Apparently they would prefer to spend another couple of years "negotiating" until the conditions are what THEY want. Their resistance to compromise reflects their true intentions. -

I have an interesting question. What would you think the chances are of the Mohammed cartoons being put on t-shirts? It probably wouldn't be wise or popular, but you never know with some people. -

I doubt the artist of the cartoon actually expected any muslims would see the cartoon, and that if they did, they would react like followers of a religion that is "peaceful and honorable" as they claim. This, however was not the case and has served to show Islam to be quite the contrary. Though the cartoons may be considered by some, to be in bad taste, they may, in the end, prove to have been as useful as they were harmful. -
I sure hope they catch whoever is doing it. Glory be to God when they do.

Worthy News: Saddam Sent WMD to Syria, Former General Alleges - CNS Ne
O'Dannyboy replied to George's topic in World News
Now wouldn't that be a shocker. There is impircal evidence that Saddam USED chemical weapons on his own people, and yet the entire world insists that he didn't posess WMD's and that our war was based on a lie? I would like to know how Saddam used chemical weapons without actually posessing them. Chances are that the weapons were moved or burried in the middle of the desert. -

If indeed they did have their "day of violence" you can bet they will find themselves on a slow boat back to wherever they came from. Acts like this would not help their cause and would only serve as evidence that Islam is not the "religion of peace" that many world leaders would like us to believe. -

Yet another fly by night poster. And didn't even know that protistants and catholics worship the same God. Also declaring the Bible to be a watered down version of the truth. I for one don't "hate" Muslims, but I do respect their penciance for violence. If a bunch of Arab or African web sites or news papers published cartoons mocking Jesus do you think Christians all over the world would run to those countries embassies shooting their guns in the air? Do you think you would hear of Christians threatening the lives of muslims? I don't think so. -

As I have been reading, the "Big three" have been lobbying the government for a very long time to not impose a higher minimum MPG rating. Why is that? It's more than likely that the major oil companies have also been lobbying to maintain status quo on fuel economy as well. Just look at Exxons profit last year. Now the government is considering taxing what it considers "excessive profits" by large oil companies. In truth, it is time for the government to step in and "raise the bar" since the car makers are reluctant to. There has always been, somewhat of a joke, saying that the automobile industry gets kickbacks from the oil companies to keep fuel economy as low as possible without drawing criticism from or attention from the government. These days its becomming more and more believable. There are also rumors, if not conspiracy theories, that big oil and the big 3 have been forcefully been buying patents to any and every technology that would improve motor vehicle fuel efficiency. This too becomes more believable as the decades slip by with little to no advancement in these areas. So little advancement, in fact, that it apears as though it is, indeed, deliberate.
