Very interesting, can I ask if this particular interpretation, especially the "dominated by Islam", is recent or have you held this view for many years?

Interesting you said symbolically 12,000 furlongs, when many people state it is literal measurement.

"So when the New Jerusalem descends they are given new bodies and are the residents of this palatial city."

Here, you just stated "new bodies" when many people state it will be physical bodies.  Not sure my question, just I don't understand how some determine it has to be a literal measurement or it has to be new physical bodies.
