No. In Zech 14:16-19 it is the Gentile nations who are commanded to observe the Feast of Tabernacles. This is during the 1000 reign of Christ. The Feast of Tabernacles lasts for seven days is about bringing offerings after the harvest to the Lord . In the same way those surviving nations are to bring a gift from their harvest to the King of Kings. A gift of their bounty. If they do not provide their bounty at the Feast of Tabernacles, there will be no rain for the following season. We as Believers really do not need to keep any of the Jewish Holidays or Feasts. This verse is a get out of jail free card for many. Take this analogy, by your belief. Creation took 6,000 years and then God rested for 1000 years. Swing it the other way and 1,000 years then does not exist in Rev 20. Both analogy's take this verse out of context. What did Satan say in the Garden? Did God really say in Rev 20 that Satan was to be bound for 1000 years, did God really say that at the end of the 1000 years that Satan would be loosed for a short time.
