Hi Tigger I think you have it a little wrong. God looked down through time and saw who would accept Him and who would not. We have the freedom to accept Him or reject Him. Because He saw who would stand with Him does not mean He made them do so. That is like Him creating us as puppets. Let's look at Romans 8 Romans 8:29-30 For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified. Notice that He first foreknew, meaning that He knew what they would choose. When He foreknew, He then predestined them to conform to the image of Christ.
