  1. Okay, I admit it, I love any good love story. I want to praise God that this couple is getting married this Valentines Day.The wedding will be on live in nyc, online at theknot.com. I don't know them personally, but I got to read their story and I congratulated the bride and groom on their youtube video :D Plus I got to vote for the dress and hairstyle. I hope God gives them a lot of great years together.

  2. I just wanted to share this true story with you (It's sad, but awesome)

For those of you who heard about the tragic shooting at the Aurora theater in Colorado, this is an example of a true hero: Jon Blunk shielded his girlfriend Jansen Young from the shooter. As James Holmes (the shooter) progressed toward her laughing and with the gun pointing at her, Jon pushed her under a seat and shielded her with his body. She lived, but he died in the process of protecting her.

I really like true heroic stories like this.

    Thoughts?

  3. LOL! I didn't drive until I was 23, and I was just as nervous as you are. Many women don't drive early...I have a sister in law that is 30 and still doesn't drive. You go girl, 19 is a great age to start...and it really isn't as hard as it looks.

Really? That makes me feel better going into it at this age now. Thanks :)
  4. So, I'm going to turn 19 this February. Even though I'm over the age of 16, I finally have a late interest in driving. Is it too late for me to learn how to drive? I really want to learn now, and I didn't think about it when I was 16. I'm getting tired of being driven around. Can you pray that I can have courage to practice driving? My main concern is, the people at the driving tests will probably think I'm weird for taking a driving test at 19 years old. I figured it's time to learn.

    Thoughts?

  5. In answer to the title question....the kind of God who is unendingly patient, eternally loving and forever optimistic toward His creation. He gives everyone every opportunity to come to Him and forgives us for everything we do if we will only repent. The unrepentant and followers of satan have no place in His Kingdom. Hell is for those who reject Him and He is justified in sending them there.

Agreed. Basically those who blasphemy The Holy Spirit and like doing it, or who don't want anything to do with God (if they don't repent, into the fire they go.)
  6. God heals :)

I just saw two amazing specials on t.v. They're about people who have been struggling and had almost lost all hope. God pulled them out, and he healed them completely. Here are their stories

Tracy was a teenage girl who became interested in topless dancing and drugs to help cover up the holes that were in her life caused by her parents fighting and her alcoholic father. After some time, she became pregnant. She had to give up her daughter because she was struggling to get the right support. Tracy had felt that all joy, hope, and chances were gone.

Then one day in the jail cell, Tracy felt a hand touch her in the shoulder. She looked around to see who touched her, and no one was there. Tracy didn't believe in Jesus as her personal savior, but something about that touch let her know that it was him. Right then and there, she gave her heart to Jesus and asked him to come in and heal her life.

Today, Tracy is married, drug free, and living a great Christian based life

Bruce was a guy who worked on repairing trucks and cars. A heavy truck fell on him, because the only thing thst was holding it up was a single tool. He bleeded excessively, and he struggled to breathe. His co worker dialed 911 Immediately. While paramedics worked to get him back, Bruce saw two angels. They were dressed in white clothing. They placed a calming presence over him. Bruce was rushed to the hospital. He had lost most of his intestine, and doctors told him that his chances of living were very low. His wife cried, and wondered if he would still live or if he would die.

A man that Bruce and his wife never knew walled into Bruce's room, introduced himself, and laid a hand on Bruce. The man prayed. Bruce felt all pain leave him. When the nurse checked his weight, it was healthy! Today he is still living with his family.

Now is God amazing, or what? These stories touched me and reminded me of God's never ending power of love and healing :)

  7. I think in the Bible it says animals have a different type of spirit, it goes back into the earth. I love animals too, and there will be some in heaven I believe, and on the new earth as well. God gave us rule over animals, but to take care of them, as well as to eat them (cows, chickens etc...). He doesn't want us being abusive to them, that is not what He told us to do.

That's all I really know about the subject. I don't think animals used to talk, they are a lesser creation and not made in God's image, but everything God created was created to glorify Him in some way.

    Shalom.

P.S. I thank God all the time for creating cats, I thank Him for creating wild cats able to be bred into house cats for our companionship and enjoyment, they truley are very funny creatures! I just love that He did that! Like He knew we would enjoy them, and enjoy watching funny cat videos on youtube :)

Thanks for your answer. I really like to see river otters. They're great.
