  1. Don't get me wrong, brother, but cats are not without "sin" lol..............years ago I was typing up my thesis, stacked the finished pages in order on my desk; left for the dayand come back to about 60 pages with the corners all perforated. I had a great cat who adored perforating the corners of pages, magazines and newspapers....she wouldn't tear them up, just worked the corners
  2. Thank you for that link; I've been thinking along these lines as well. I'm an old guy and seeing the culture/words change over the years, I tend to distrust "newer" interpretations of the Bible (or even of the Constitution, BofR and Dec. Ind)
  3. I would say it is wrong, since you have questions about smoking. I wouldn't say sin, but obviously your occasional smoking seems to cause your conscience a bit of trouble, so I believe you and/or the Lord are telling yourself it's not the thing to do. We all know chronic smoking is terribly unhealthy, and since there are no benefits (health or otherwise) why even bother with the occasional smoke?
  4. Assuming the dog is a puppy, you'll have to keep "temptation" out of reach. I'm still in the midst of a teething German shepherd pup. If an adult dog, then something may be wrong and you have to find out what...lonliness, lack of attention, etc
