  1. The LGBT want to cull all Christian organizations or get them to accept LGBT as morally right.
  2. Believing that someone with different colored eyes are possessed by Satan is just an old superstition. You say that you have seen someone possessed. What did you see exactly and how do you know they were possessed?
  3. The popular idea is that God would save everyone but He cannot force people to be saved. That God cannot interfere with mans free will. As Ezra said.... It seems logical and reasonable and I do understand why many would believe that because I once did to.
  4. Since gay is the opposite of norm, they want to pull down the normal boundaries, such as genderless bathrooms, men wearing makeup and dresses and gay marriage. Just look at Bruce Jenna who got the woman of the year award. The idea that a man can be a woman is a joke. A women has a womb, menses and menopause. None of which Bruce Jenna will experience. It is an insult to intelligence as well as all real women. Being a woman comes with a lot of experiences that a transgender cannot imagine. They think that a dress can make them feel like a woman. Bruce Jenna represents how phoney and fake humanism is and it is only getting more bizarre.
  5. The square one you went back to I already answered in another thread to no avail so it would be pointless to repeat myself. You said no to my question Are you guys saying that it would be wrong for God to choose those who follow Him because it would violate their free will? Jesus had done this regarding the twelve disciples. John 6:70 Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve. John 15:16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you. They had no choice at all but it was determined completely by Jesus. So their free will was not respected and if Jesus can deny free will to twelve men he can deny it to every man. You said no to my question That God would not choose some to be saved out of all humankind This Jesus did with his disciples which He clearly states in Matthew 13:11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. So if Jesus can do this in one instance He can do it in every instance. You said no to my question God would not harden some peoples hearts so that they cannot be saved. God had done this very thing in scripture. Romans 9:17 For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth. 9:18 Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth. So if God can do this with one man he can do it with others. With God we have to start with the understanding that God can do whatever He wants rather then with a belief in what we think God is morally obligated to do for what He has made.
  6. Are you guys saying that it would be wrong for God to choose those who follow Him because it would violate their free will? And or That God would not choose some to be saved out of all humankind because that would not be fair to those who where not chosen? And or God would not harden some peoples hearts so that they cannot be saved, because that violates their right to salvation if given free will?
  7. I think that a man possessed by the Devil has two different colored eyes or so was the superstition ways back. A baby born with two different colored eyes was thought to be possessed by the Devil.
  8. Have them now. Thanks
  9. In Revelation 5:9 we read... And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation. The message of Christ is that His salvation is for everyone and not just the Jewish nation. If you continue to read John you will see that Christ says that other sheep (the Elect) He has that are not of the (Jewish) fold. JOHN 10:16 Since the Elect are chosen out of every kindred, tongue, people and nation, the message has to go out to all the world. See MARK 13:27 This in no way proves that the doctrine of election is a false one. I am all for the Gospel of Jesus Christ being preached to the whole world. May every man hear that Jesus died for their sins for Christ will not return until all His sheep are saved.
  10. That is right. There are so many secular dating sites that there is no need for a Christian dating sites to host these "sods" as I like to call them. I did not know that the law could force a dating site to do that though. Seems extreme. It is just a web site. I know that the LGBT look for anything i.e. Christians, that will exclude gays, to force them to include gays. So this has to be the work of the LGBT If I hosted Christian Mingles, I would make sure that every member has to read the message of salvation through Christ and be bombarded with Bible verses. If sods want to be a member of Christian Mingle then they can here the Gospel. This could save a few sods in the process I have used secular dating sites though and they do cater for Christians, that is you have the option to put Christian down as your religion.
  11. Yes you believe in free will but as long as you can say with Peter... John 6:68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. 6:69 And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God. There is no where for the Elect to go for they are sure that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the only true God and that only Jesus has the words of eternal life. Where can they go then, atheism, certainly not. Another religion, no way. Jude also says that Christ is able to keep us from falling and present us faultless before the presents of His glory 1:24. So God is certainly able to that so why should we fear that He won't do that, praise His name!
  12. Romans 9:13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated. 9:14 What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid. 9:15 For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. 9:16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy. Unconditional election means that there was nothing good in ourselves that prompted God to choose them for salvation because all have sinned and one sin contaminates the whole person. Just one sin condems the whole man so the Elect, those chosen by God MARK 13:20, cannot be deluded that God chose them because they were good in any way. John 10:14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. 10:15 As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep. 10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd. In John Chapter 6 Jesus explained that these Sheep are those given Him by the Father and that it is the Father who determines these sheep not the other way around. John 6:37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. 6:39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. 6:65 And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father. 6:70 Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil? I don't know about being regenerated at first but I do know that a mans heart is naturally hardened toward God so that God has to work on that heart before that man can receive Christ and that left to themselves no man can come to that revelation on his own. We see from Romans that this process is entirely a work of God from beginning to end. Romans 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. 8:30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. 8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? 8:32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? 8:33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. 8:34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. This is the complete order of Gods salvation of the Elect. 1: FOREKNEW 2: PREDESTINED 3: CALLED 4: JUSTIFIED 5: GLORIFIED And Paul refers to these as the Elect in verse 33. So who does God call, those that He predestined. The Elect which He already forknew. This also shows that God does not call everyone because we see that God only called the Elect and that there is no falling away or rejection of those called but they were Justified and gloryfied. Of course the doctrine of Election is abhorrent to some and that is why when many heard it they left Christ. John 6:43 Jesus therefore answered and said unto them, Murmur not among yourselves. 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. 6:60 Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it? 6:66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him. Of course the doctrine of election is only revealed to the maturer Christians because it is too hard for babes in Christ. The doctrine of election is there but like the doctrine of the Trinity it has to be gleaned because it is not so obvious at first.
  13. Do you understand the difference between Gods temporal work and His eternal work. Israel was part of Gods temporal work to benifit the Elects eternal salvation. That is why Paul said... Romans 9:6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: 9:7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called. 9:8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed. Who are the promise seed? Galatians 3:7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. 3:8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. 3:9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham. So Israel's temporary election cannot be an example to exclude the Elects assurance of eternal salvation.
  14. How do I get the passwords for the Adult group and men's group?
  15. This is a great but book that I am reading now which has a whole chapter on the evidence for the resurrection.
  16. Of course an Armenian does believe you can lose your salvation and so cannot be certain of their salvation. A TULIP Calvinist is assured of their Salvation and is based on John chapter 6 especially... 6:28 Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? 6:29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent. 6:35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. 6:36 But I said unto you, That ye also have seen me, and believe not. 6:37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. 6:39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. 6:47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life. 6:64 But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him. 6:65 And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father. 6:66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him. 6:67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? 6:68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. 6:69 And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God. 6:70 Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil? Even if a Christian could loose their salvation it would have to be something terribly drastic and ongoing. Armenian's focus heavily on ones own works to maintain salvation and forget that the Christian has a great high priest who can sympathies with our weaknesses. HEBREWS 4:15 and that if anyone sin we have this great high priests advocacy. 1 JOHN 2:1 and that this great high priest will also seek after any wondering sheep to bring them back to the fold as a good Shepard in charge of His Fathers sheep would. LUKE 15:4 and JOHN 18:9 So even if a Christian can loose their salvation it would not be suddenly or easy to do so but would only be a rare thing if at all. But I believe that Jesus will not loose all that are given to Him simply because it is His Fathers will that He loose none and Jesus is not a slacker. Armenian's seem to look to themselves rather then Christ. If our hope is in ourselves we are sure to fail but if it is in Christ how can we fail?
  17. Ain't that the truth! The best book I ever read that got me out of some serious deception was War On The Saints by Jessie Penn Lewis and I would have no problem with a woman teacher but am concerned with what Paul said.
  18. If you are not a Calvinist how can you be completely assured of your salvation? If you are not a Calvinist then you believe that you can loose your salvation so how do you know that you will not?
  19. I understand what you are saying but I am only absolutely certain about your first point. When we leave our body at death I assume we can think and reason and are self aware. After all God is a spirit and so are Angels and Demons and they can think and talk. If our spiritual mind and physical mind are connected it is subject to the physical mind because brain damage affects the ability to think and talk. Other then that I would not have a clue really. We can examine the human body and see how it works, but the spirit and or soul cannot be dissected and is a great mustery I think.
  20. Does a model sportsman make him any less a fundamental Muslim? How does sport make any difference. Ask Hashim is it OK to beat a woman. Quran 4:24 The good women are obedient, guarding what God would have them guard. As for those from whom you fear disloyalty, admonish them, and abandon them in their beds, then strike them. Ask Hashim is it OK to rape women. Quran 2:223. Your women are cultivation for you; so approach your cultivation whenever you like, and send ahead for yourselves. And fear God, and know that you will meet Him. And give good news to the believers. Ask Hashim is it alright to kill or mutilate those who reject Mohammed as a prophet. Quran 5:33. The punishment for those who fight God and His messenger, and strive to spread corruption on earth, is that they be killed, or crucified, or have their hands and feet cut off on opposite sides, or be banished from the land. That is to disgrace them in this life; and in the Hereafter they will have a terrible punishment. How is a Muslim being a sportsman change the way he views Mohammed as the perfect example? All Muslims are called to be jihadists. Quran 2:216. Fighting is ordained for you, even though you dislike it. But it may be that you dislike something while it is good for you, and it may be that you like something while it is bad for you. God knows, and you do not know. So I do not understand your point. I do not understand how being a sportsman makes him safe. Even if there are some safe Muslims, although a fundamental Muslim cannot be, I am not going to eat a whole packet of smarties because some are not poisonous. There is no safe Islamic community. Already Muslims force their beliefs onto everyone. Not allowed to sell pork. Must have halal products. Cannot have Christmas decorations. We are not allowed to offend Muslims although they can offend us. So there is no safe Muslim since they follow Mohammed.
  21. If you read the Hadith you will find that ISIS and so called radical Islam are following Mohammed's example. Muslims see Mohammed as the perfect example of submission to Allah. Why our governments deny what is obvious is anyone's guess, but it is too late to do anything about it now I think unless you have another civil war. It troubles me that God would allow such depravity to possess men and have such freedom to spread amongst us, but it could be punishment for rejecting the true God who made our countries great. If they will not accept Gods rule then they can have Satan's and he is a terrible and cruel master.
  22. Well Paul used the term heart and spoke of the hardness of the heart. I doubt that anyone thinks he was talking about the organ. I think you are saying that the heart and mind are the same or atleast both reside in the brain. Could be I doubt it matters all that much doctrinally. As an age care worker and dealing with alziemers patients, and see how behavior and function is changed through the physical deterioration of the brain. I have been wondering about our spirit and how it is subject to physical mental problems and on what level the spirit can think and function free from the physical mind.
  23. Atheists claim that they reject God through logic, reason and evidence but all evidence clearly points to God. (Romans 1:20) So atheism is not based on logic, reason or evidence but on the hardness of their hearts toward God. It is not an intellectual thing but a heart thing.
