Have you ever thought about whether to have a child? If so, what factors entered into your decision? Was it whether having children would be good for you, your partner and others close to the possible child, such as children you may already have, or perhaps your parents? For most people contemplating reproduction, those are the dominant questions. Some may also think about the desirability of adding to the strain that the nearly seven billion people already here are putting on our planet

When Bafana went through Sandton today people started celebrating and blowing Vuvuzelas and even here in Pretoria where I live I can still hear somebody blowing it .

I watched the Super 14 rugby finals and the fans were blowing vuvuzelas the whole time. It sounded like buzzing bees. I wonder how soccer players from other countries will react to that.

We are now watching the FIFA World Cup kick-off concert on TV.

My mom and I watched it yesterday too. It was OK but a bit lacking for me.

I am pretty confident that Latinos are taking the cup. Just not sure which one. Portugal and France are also contenders. The rest can go home

A very tall order ....

As a quasi-english teacher who has run into a block, I would like to enlist some help from you guys.

I am trying to construct as many stories as possible using the following sentences or words in the sentences for my ESL student. He knows relationships (mom, dad, sister etc) too so u can include those. Try to make them as simple as possible. Size doesnt matter - it could be a two sentence story or full page.

here are the words and sentences:

For the memory thing, I can do you one better. The JVC Everio has a hard disk memory. Mine has 75 hours of memory but I think they have some that have about 100 hours. There is also a slot of a memory card so you can do both.
