Jesus tells us in Matthew 25:30 that the unprofitable servant will be cast into outer darkness. Don't let yourself think that you can live in sin (doing your own will and not God's) and still be saved. Even the devils believe. We are told in James 2:26 that faith without works is dead. The works are the will of God, the commandments and precepts taught in His word, the Holy Bible.

I believe you are %100 wrong. Specifically the book of Revelation is known to be full of figurative/symbolic language. I trust Ellicott and Barnes and all the rest of the theologians. And quite frankly we dont have any new information I know of that would make our interpretations now different from theirs.

Matthew 7:14 KJB "Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it." 1 John 2:17 KJB "And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever."

Remember the book of Revelation is full of figurative language. No water will be literally turned to blood. No mountain will be thrown into the sea. I suggest looking up commentaries for particular verses in Revelation you'd like to learn the true meaning of. The BibleHub site has some of the best IMO theologians of centuries past that I trust their interpretations %100, such as Charles Ellicott or Albert Barnes, or Meyers etc.

The Mark of the Beast (what it really is explained)
BlessedCreator replied to BlessedCreator's topic in Prophecy
Charles Ellicott is the greatest theologian I have ever read and he seems to believe the mark is spiritual as well. Here is some commentary from Ellicott on Revelation 13:16: "It is utterly unnecessary to take this brand of evil literally, any more than we took the seal of Christ literally. That seal we understood as spiritual, in the faith and in the character; this evil brand we must interpret in like manner. It surely means the acquiescence in character and action to the principles of this tyrannical world-power: the right hand is the symbol of toil and social intercourse; the forehead is the symbol of character, as time is ever writing its awful tale upon men’s brows." -
The Mark of the Beast (what it really is explained)

NASA is a hoax. Nobody has been to "space" or the moon. The earth is flat. There is water over our skies just as we are told in Genesis (waters above the firmament). Research flat earth and you'll see proof of what I speak. Why do you think NASA and all the other nations space programs launch their rockets in arch. They launch them into the ocean...and look at all the space programs around the world and their logos, they all have the satanic vector V symbolism in it. It's all a deception. -
I believe the 70 weeks of Daniel have already been fulfilled. The last week being fulfilled in Christs time.

You should strive to speak in tongues.

The gift of tongues is not being given out in these end times and I dont believe they have been since the early church. -
The Mark of the Beast (what it really is explained)
BlessedCreator replied to BlessedCreator's topic in Prophecy
We must remember the book of Revelation is full of symbolism. Was there or is there going to be a literal great mountain burning with fire thrown in the sea (Rev 8:8)? No of course not. It is figurative. -
Edit: I still do not believe the mark of the beast is a physical mark that is visible on ones body but exactly what it is I do not know for sure. Please do your own research and let God teach you. The mark of the beast, is not a literal physical mark. Just as the seal of God (Revelation 7:3) is not a physical mark on the people of God. That seal we understood as spiritual, in the faith and in the character; this evil brand we must interpret in like manner, being also a spiritual mark. You cannot receive the seal of God without your willingness to serve the Lord and keep His commandments. Nor can you receive this mark of the beast without willingness to do its commandments and taking an active role in fighting against God and His saints. A mark that must be spiritually discerned. (read the Holy Bible and keep God's commandments and precepts and you will gain this discernment by knowing right from wrong) There is much fear surrounding this doctrine where there needs not be. Nobody can unknowingly receive this mark. Those who receive this mark, are made partakers of the benefits of the beast's spiritual dominion. But by becoming willing servants unto Satan and his spiritual dominion, have sadly, guaranteed their place in the lake of fire.

The Antichrist (the coming false messiah)
BlessedCreator replied to BlessedCreator's topic in Prophecy
The rapture does not happen until the "last day" of the world. I made another thread about the early timing rapture deception if you want it proven via simple scripture study. -
It is my belief that God is not giving out the gift of miracles and spiritual gifts in these end times such as healing, tongues, etc. I believe that since the early churches He has not given out the gift of miracles nor speaking with tongues. It's really simple. The only reason God shew miracles unto His servants was to make them believe in Him, so they could then put their trust and faith in Him. The same goes for the miracles done through God's servants. All the miracles were done to make people believe that God is who He says He is. Miracles were done to make people believe in God. The only reason the early church and disciples were given these powers was to establish the church, by making people believe their testimonies of Jesus Christ. Miracles were an aid to get people to believe. John 9:1-3 "And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth. And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind? Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him." We don't need miracles in these end times. There is so much evidence of wickedness and Satan's kingdom that it is enough. Just look at the abundance of satanic occult symbols everywhere. Those that seek the truth with all their heart and mind will find God, or rather that God will lead them to Him. It's that simple. God doesn't need miracles to prove to people that He is God, that the Bible is the truth. He has other means to bring people to Him now. If you see anyone doing "miracles" openly, I believe it is completely fake or done through demons.

The kingdom of God and the kingdom of Heaven are one in the same I believe. Ellicott commentary on Matthew 3:2: "The kingdom of heaven.—The phrase is used by St. Matthew about thirty times, and by him only among the New Testament writers. In the Greek the form is plural, “the kingdom of the heavens,” probably as an equivalent for the Hebrew word, which was dual in its form. The name, as descriptive of the kingdom of the Messiah, had its origin in the vision of Daniel 7:13, where the kingdom of “one like the Son of Man” is contrasted with those of earthly rulers. To Gentile readers—to whom the term would convey the thought of the visible firmament, not of the invisible dwelling-place of God—the term might have been misleading, and therefore in the Gospels intended for them “the kingdom of God” (which occurs sometimes in St. Matthew also, 6:13; 12:28) is used instead of it. It is probable that both terms were used interchangeably by the Baptist and our Lord, and the systematic change is suggestive as showing that the writers of the Gospels did not feel themselves bound to a purely literal report or rendering of their words." To be born again means to be transformed by God into a new moral life. One live in strict obedience unto God's will and not our own anymore.

The Bible is a book. Pray to the living God, only He can hear and answer your prayers. Also Tyler I saw your other post about being saved or not and not knowing. We are told that we can know we are saved in Ephesians 2:8 and Ephesians 4:30. If we have the seal of God (the Holy Spirit/the comforter) we know we are saved and can have faith (trust & confidence) in God. That doesnt mean that we can live however we want doing whatever we want. We must live in strict obedience unto God's commandments and precepts (His will). If we are disobedient (continuing in sin) He will not abide with us and will remove the Holy Spirit from us. So make sure you are truly living in obedience unto God and you can be sure you have His Spirit. Acts 5:32. KJB "And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him." 1 John 2:15-17 KJB " 15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

Edit: Please remember to do your own diligent research on doctrines/prophecies that God has given us. Make sure everything lines up with what God has revealed to you. I may be wrong and do not want anyone to believe something as not %100 true, so please do your further research of your own and let God teach you. There is no literal physical third temple that will be built. The third temple doctrine comes from 2 Thessalonians 2:4. "Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God." It indeed is speaking of the man of sin, the false messiah, the Antichrist. But it is not speaking of a literal temple. Here is commentary from Ellicott on 2 Thessalonians 2:4. "Though the image is drawn from the Jewish temple, we may say with some confidence that St. Paul did not expect the Antichrist as a prose fact to take his seat in that edifice. Neither is the metaphor to be pressed into a mere synonym of "the Church" (1 Corinthians 3:17). The words, so far need not necessarily mean that the Man of Sin will make special claims upon the Christian community as such. Rather, the whole phrase, "taking his seat in the temple of God," is a poetical or prophetical description of usurping divine prerogatives generally: not the prerogatives of the true God alone, but whatever prerogatives have been offered to anything "called God." Though the prophecy might be fulfilled without any symbolical act (e.g., of assuming any material throne), yet the spontaneousness ("himself") and the openness ("showing himself") seem so essentially parts of the prophecy as of necessity to imply that the Man of Sin will make formal claim to occupy that central seat in men's minds and aspirations which is acknowledged to be due to God alone. The formal making of this claim seems to be identical with the apocalypse of the Man of Sin, the act by which he is manifested or revealed." So what does this mean in layman's terms? It means that Antichrist is going to be revealed in a very grandiose way, as the Lord Jesus Christ will when He comes in the clouds and every eye will see Him. So shall the Antichrist come, everyone will see him and know of him. All those that are not the true elect of God will be deceived by the false messiah, the Antichrist into believing that he really is the messiah, that he really is God. In their minds, which is what the temple of God in this scripture is referring to, the minds of men and women, in their minds the Antichrist will actually be God to them. So there is no end time 7 year tribulation period, and there is no literal physical third temple. What are we looking for? Were looking for the revealing of the false messiah, the Antichrist. He will deceive many into believing that he is the messiah, that he is God. God's true elect, those that strictly obey His word, His commandments, His will in this life, that have made a sacrifice of their lives to devote it to God, to live for God and not themselves, these Christians will be martyred for their faith. Very few will survive to the end of the world when the Lord returns to be caught up in the rapture.

@Jesus my friend That's an interesting point! @R. Hartono There is no "great tribulation" or "7 year tribulation" that is supposed to happen in these end times. The great tribulation is speaking of the tribulations that all Christians must endure from the time of Christ's ascension unti the end. We've been in the tribulation for nearly 2000 years and it's almost over. If you're referring to the 7 year tribulation which is based on Daniel's 70 weeks. In the last week is referring to Christ not the antichrist. I will make a thread soon to prove this.

The rapture doctrine comes from 1 Thessalonians Chapter 4 Verse 17. 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. I will tell you why I included verse 16 in a moment. The catching up together of those who are alive when the Lord returns, that is the rapture. So we see there will indeed be a rapture. The controversy with the rapture is not a matter of whether it is real or not. The controversy is over the timing. Some are teaching that the rapture happens before the Lord returns at the very end. They teach that Christians are getting a special get out of persecution free card to leave this world early. This is completely wrong and I will show you why it is such a dangerous doctrine to believe. Let's look at the verses again and see if they can give us any information regarding the timing of the rapture. In verse 16 we see the Lord returns and at that time the dead in Christ shall rise first. This is important. The dead in Christ rise first. Then going directly to the next words in verse 17 it says "then". Then meaning after what just preceded. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together. What does this mean? This tells us the resurrection happens first and THEN the rapture happens. Why is this important? Because if we can figure out when the resurrection happens then we can know exactly when the rapture happens because it takes place right after. Thankfully God is not the author of confusion and has not left us without sound doctrine so that we are not left in the dark concerning these things. The Bible tells us 5 different times in the gospel of John when the resurrection takes place. John 11:24 Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. John 6:54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. John 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. John 6:40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. John 6:39 And this is the Fathers will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. The word is clear, the resurrection happens on the LAST DAY. Therefore the rapture also happens on the last day. If you are expecting the true messiah Jesus Christ to return before the very end to save you from the persecution of the Antichrist and his wicked followers then you are actually going to get the false messiah/Antichrist who comes to deceive the world into believing that he is God. 2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Christians have been martyred (killed for their faith) the last 2000 years since Christ came. They are being martyred now, even openly in eastern countries. And we will continue to be martyred until the very end. Few will survive to take part in the rapture. Nobody is getting an escape card in these last days. It is our duty as Christians to share the truth (edify) with our brothers and sisters. There are many that are deceived by this false doctrine, prepared to receive the coming Antichrist. Please share with them what you have just learned.

The Antichrist (the coming false messiah)
BlessedCreator replied to BlessedCreator's topic in Prophecy
You are correct in that there has always been many with the antichrist spirit on earth. But the scriptures shown in the original post speak of a single man that is to come. -
EDIT: After further research I have concluded that I need to do even further research on the man of sin/son of perdition spoken of in 2 Thessalonians 2:3 as I am not entirely sure whether he truly is a single man or really just a succession of men or a mass movement (group). We all need to thoroughly research the word of God, the Holy Bible, and let God lead us. 2 Thessalonians 2:3 "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;" 1 John 2:18 "Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time." The Antichrist is also known as: son of perdition man of sin false messiah (this is not used in scripture but is what I call him) "The Antichrist will be a man so wicked that, bad as other men are, wickedness should be his mark by which he is distinguished from all others; a man who belongs to sin, in whom the ideal of sin has become realised and incarnate. What kind of sin will be most prominent in him is not expressed in the word itself; but the context points clearly to that which is, in fact, the crowning sin-spiritual pride and rebellious arrogancy." -Ellicott commentary on 2 Thessalonians 2:3 The title "Man of Sin" excludes Satan, as Chrysostom remarks: Satan acts through the man to the full extent of his power-"enters into him," as he entered into an earlier "Son of Perdition"-but does not destroy his humanity. 2 Thessalonians 2:9 "even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders," He will come to deceive the world that he is the messiah. He will be very charismatic to the unlearned eye. Those that do not strictly follow Christ will not be able to distinguish between the spirit of the world (the Devil) and the spirit of Christ. He will be able to perform miracles just as Jesus did, but it will be from Satan not God. 2 Thessalonians 2:4 "who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God." Many Christians have mistakenly took the above scripture as the false messiah sitting in a literal rebuilt temple. "Though the image is drawn from the Jewish temple, we may say with some confidence that St. Paul did not expect the Antichrist as a prose fact to take his seat in that edifice. Neither is the metaphor to be pressed into a mere synonym of "the Church". The formal making of this claim seems to be identical with the apocalypse of the Man of Sin, the act by which he is manifested or revealed." - Ellicott commentary on 2 Thessalonians 2:4 Religions around the world are awaiting the arrival of their messiah. Jews await the messiah. Even though He already came. Buddhists await Maitreya. Hindus await Kalki. Muslims await Mahdi. Taoists await Li Hong. Zoroastrianists await Saoshyant. And there are other false spiritual paths/religions that really just worship fallen angels (demons) who also are expecting a messiah. They will all receive the Antichrist and one world religion gladly. Even Christians await the return of Jesus Christ, the true messiah. But only true Christians that read and study the word of God as if their lives depend on it, because it does, know that the false messiah, the Antichrist must be revealed first to deceive the world that he is the messiah, that he is God. Just as 2 Thessalonians 2:3 tells us. This deception of the Antichrist that will deceive most of the world into believing that he is the true messiah, that he is God. This may be part of the falling away spoken of in 2 Thessalonians 2:3. Hypocritical Christians who do not walk in true obedience and faith with Jesus Christ and Father Jehovah will be deceived by the Antichrist, and fall away. This deception of the Antichrist may also be related to the delusion spoken of in 2 Thessalonians 2:11. "And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:" I believe we are fast approaching these end time events that must happen before the return of Jesus Christ. I believe we are only a short space away from planned events to bring these prophecies to fruition.
