  1. You’re not understanding the difference between true believers and professing believers. You are assuming everyone you mentioned is regenerate. They’re not. Never were. There’s no exceptions to OSAS. Many people think they are saved and aren’t. Like I said, God’s business. Anyone can appear to be saved or righteous. And to address your point please search common (universal) grace and special or salvific grace. I’m sorry I don’t have the time to get into it right now. Search it. You should find something about that. And I am not going to respond any further so again I pray you find peace. ??
  2. Galatians is about going back and establishing their own righteousness. Read the chapter, not just the verse. I don’t see what you are referring to in Matthew 18. But I can say this. I hope you find peace somehow believing you can fall away. I’ve been there. Believe me. And what is the cut off? One sin? Two? 10? You are not taking the whole of scripture into account. Like I said read Galatians again please. I’m sorry I’m driving so I’ll have to check in later. You know you can believe what you like. It couldn’t have been stated more clearly by others and myself. As I said before I’m not gonna go back and forth with this. Again I hope you find peace. ??
  3. Yes we can absolutely say they were never saved. Remember we don’t know who is truly saved. We may have an idea but it’s God’s business. We are not Job but we are like him. Whatever comes our way we can handle because He will not give us more than we can handle. God forbid I lose my daughter. That’s not gonna change me. I will be devastated but I cant blame God. She’s my daughter but she belongs to Him. Everything is His. And we do not mourn as others, having no hope. God is sovereign and in control. His will be done. ??
  4. Romans 8 37Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. 38For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. I’m pretty sure we count as something created. ?
  5. Yes. Truly saved, born again by God's will, not our own are secured in Him forever. Long time no chat Charlie. Hope everything is good with you. ?? Thanks, Frank
  6. Salvation is God’s work. Not ours. You can’t save yourself or do anything to keep it that way. You are stripping God of His glory.
  7. We are His possession. Bought and paid for. We are now part of His own body. Will he cut off His toe and throw it away? We are not our own. Nothing can separate us from His love. Nothing can separate us from Him. We are His.
  8. Whoever can walk away, lose faith, or whatever were NEVER HIS in the first place. I’m not gonna go back and forth with this. I just encourage you to read your Bible carefully and prayerfully. Remember there are wheat(born again/regenerate) and tares (professing Christians). They say they are in Him but He was never in them. If any man have not the Spirit of Christ he is none of His. You guys are basing your salvation on works whether you realize it or not.
  9. 2 Corinthians 6 16And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
  10. Isaiah 40 8The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.
  11. Jeremiah 17 17Be not a terror unto me: thou art my hope in the day of evil.
  12. Proverbs 3 3Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart: 4So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man. 5Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
  13. I believe Who me was saying these priests (Zephaniah and Seraiah) were among this king’s (Zedekiah’s) advisors and shared the blame for his evil. I was confused at first too. LoL.
  14. Psalm 37 23The steps of a good man are [d]ordered by the Lord, And He delights in his way.
  15. Isaiah 26 3Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
  16. Romans 8 9But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 10And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

  19. Philippians 2 13For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.
  20. Philippians 2 5Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: 7But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: 8And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. 9Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
  21. 2 Corinthians 8 9For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.
  22. 2 Corinthians 5 20Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech youby us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. 21For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
  23. Galatians 2 20I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
  24. John 10 18No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.
