Recent several mouths I search the documentary of bible topic from BBC, national geography, Discovery channel, what I find is ,most of the documentaries are question and blame bible,such as:there were no ancient city wall in Jericho in Joshua’s age;JESUS has not resurrect and he was buried in Jerusalem,there are no evidence supporting Noah’s flood…… y hope people who watched this then go to church?

When they mention "The Law", are they talking about the law of Moses and the ten commandments? ---y can try to understand the Jewish law in this website http://www.aish.com/jl/b/ My other question is that Jesus didn't come to condemn the law of Moses but to do what?....to the law? ---the narrow concept of law in bible is the Jewish law,but to the people who do not know the Jewish law,GOD carved the universal law in their heart,that is :knowing good and evil, Everyone know what is good and what is evil,but as we all have the sinful nature,lot of times ,we know what is good but do evil,some people say :no ,I always do good and never do evil------that bcs the temptation is not strong enough ,for example, y can reject the bribe at number 1000,but can y reject the bribe at number 10000,or 10000000……?y can not ,y do not sin just bcs y do not have the opportunity to sin or the temptation is not strong enough. So no one is good enough to be accepted by GOD according to the universal law in their heart,we are all under the wrath and punishment according to the law ,this is why we need the redemption, if there is no law, and there is no sin,the law brings the knowledge of sin,if there is no sin,why we need redemption? JESUS came ,make us understand we can not keep the law and be accepted by GOD,the only thing we can do is surrender to GOD,believe in GOD’s faithfulness and righteousness, the ultimate target is to make us understand as heaven is higher than earth,GOD is higher than us.so the way of Salvation is not to keep the law (that is OT),but to believe in GOD(that is NT),OT is based on the righteousness of humbeing(keep the law),and NT is the showing of GOD’s Omnipotence, Omniscience,and righteousness On the other hand,GOD rules the world with the law,but if a ruler/gov. is not faithful,law is useless ,bcs the ruler/gov. can not guarantee he judges according to the law,so GOD’s faithfulness is the guarantee of GOD’s law, guarantee the world is organized and run by law.

i have seek GOD for 10 years,with too many arguments,with too many confusions,with hearing too much different voice ,finally i go back to bible

What I mean is: As the elect of GOD,we should walk and work with GOD,but how to walk and work with an invisible GOD,and how to know GOD’s will,to identify what’s voice is from GOD,and how to know what kind of prayer will be accepted by GOD,we should find the instruction only in BIBLE,not somewhere else,of course,we shoud seek the advice from the others ,but how to know that advice is GODly ,we should compare it with the BIBLE And finally we should issue our Testimony,but how to know that Testimony is GODly ? we should compare it with the BIBLE So we can not add some extra to Christian faith We are the Witness of the Gospel/Bible But the Gospel/Bible is also the evidence of cfm that we are the believer/follower of GOD，too

thks kwikphilly ,i still try my best to learn english,i hope communicate with y thoroughly ,but i still can not achieve this religion,faith...is the ultimate serious problem about life,it is not so easy in 2003 ,i began my Christian journey,and took part in a chinese Christian forum，but it was been closed in 2007,i heard it was bcs that forum was established by the south Korean Christian community but as some south Korean Christians were been killed in Afghanistan in 2007,that forum was been closed. After that ,in 2007---2011,I tried to preach the good news in several biggest Chinese forums,and argued with atheist, Buddhist, Catholic, Muslim……but all I got is the argument,I really could not persuade them to be the Christian, But in this period I myself got lots of knowledge,and full understanding of religion ,and together with the experience walking and working with GOD. In 2005 I came here, at the initial time I came here for 2 reasons 1- in 2004 I tried began the career in international biz,I need to learn English, but now this reason was gone. 2- I think the mainstream of Christian is in west, mainly in America (I mean the Protestant),as the Christian is too faraway from the Chinese culture, I think I need to learn the “pure”knowledge of Christian, so I read English Bible, listen to the American pastor, actually I find that the Chinese Bible Translation is too Chinese ,lots of sentences will cause misunderstanding ,I do not know how to explain it clearly ,but it is not my own opinion .i can not explain the culture gap between the west and east, actually the biggest encouragement to my faith is not the thousands of sermons I listened, not the fellowship with brothers and sisters, but a Chinese who raised in USA shared his experience of faith,it's a great story, so the testimony how to keep the faith in life is vital in my way to understand Christian. I have lots want to say ,but I do not know how to say, I want to communicate with y thoroughly all my understanding of religion, what I have experienced and learned in past 10 years, but language is a problem

about Quran at initial time,one of the reasons i were interested in GOD was bcs of the jewish people ,bcs in the city i living in,there are lots of legend about them,very amazing when i knew the Judaism will never accept me bcs i am a Gentile i turned my eye to Islam bcs i am a belly-dancer,and have great passion about middle-east at that time,i thought the monotheism--Judaism,Islam,Christianism are all worship GOD but when i tried to read Quran,the 1st sentence i got is : "99% of the women will in the hell,or ,99% of the hell beings will be the women" at that time ,i am away from Quran as far as i can and that was 10 years ago 7 years ago,i were born again and from that time,i finally know the difference between Judaism,Islam,Christianism and why Jesus is the only way to GOD,why only the faith ,not the work, is the way leading to heaven

My understanding of how to identify a person is a Christian 1- totally understanding his sinful nature and un- righteousness , surrender himself to GOD, knowing that only through the blood of JESUS, he can be accepted by GOD. has the clear mind that as the heaven is higher than the earth, GOD is higher than the humanbeing, as the humanbeing ,we have nothing to boast. 2- Trust GOD,believe GOD,has the faith just as Abraham, this is vital, from cover to cover, what BIBLE says is “trust GOD ,trust GOD, and trust GOD”,the very begging of monotheism is Abraham’s faith, and we are justification by faith and by faith only. 3- Devote himself to serve GOD,I am not mean to be the pastor, y can serve GOD in every calling, obey GOD, acting according to BIBLE, does not turn to left and turn to right. 4- Meditate upon GOD’s word day and night,try best to understating GOD’s way ,for example:how a loving father send his be-loved son to the cross? Why a mercy GOD commended the Israelites launching the massacre again and again on the way leading to promise land? Why the subject of OT is law? Why the subject of OT is faith? why JESUS is the only why to avoid GOD’s wrath?........and so on----------all these ,are related to love, GOD’s love is not simple love, the essence of love is far more than help the poor and love y neighbor---Moses even commended the Israelites to kill their wife, friend, brother when they were be found worshipped other gods,so to understand GOD in BIBLE way,is the most important to a Christian and ,maybe there need some miracles,to perform miracle was GOD's way to cfm a apostle in NT

My opinion, dear Sister, is that you haven't yet established a strong foundation for your faith... that you are still vulnerable to lies like this. y do not understand me,i was raised in the society told me to believe and obey and worship the big man unconditionally，and this is one of the virtues in china,if you do not thinking and acting in this way,y will be consider a bad guy i was living in this way from my childhood so a big man like Pope is frighten me i hope GOD can give me the clear sign where this Pope will live in the eternal life,heaven or hell
