  1. In the news… UN Demands Halt to Escalating Attacks Between Hezbollah, Israel The U.N. Security Council on Wednesday demanded a halt to the increasing attacks between Lebanon's Hezbollah terrorists and Israeli forces and warned that further escalation "carries the high risk of leading to a widespread conflict." Israel and Iran-backed Hezbollah pulled back after an exchange of heavy fire across the U.N.-drawn boundary between Lebanon and Israel over the weekend. But their decades-old conflict is far from over and regional tensions linked to the war in Gaza are still high. The Security Council demand that Israel and Hezbollah halt hostilities came in a French-drafted resolution unanimously approved by its 15 members, urging the "relevant actors" to restore "calm, restraint and stability." Council resolutions are legally binding though often ignored. The risk of open warfare remains real, and we are mobilized alongside our regional and international partners to avoid a regional conflagration," France's deputy U.N. ambassador, Nathalie Broadhurst, said before the vote. Israel's U.N. ambassador, Danny Danon, told reporters that he had a message for the Lebanese people: "You and your government have a choice to make, confront Hezbollah today or watch as your country is dragged into chaos and destruction." Lebanon's representative, Hadi Hachem, was far more diplomatic, thanking the council after the vote for its clear message "in favor of stability and a cease-fire." And he urged members: "Let's work together, not only to end the escalation" but toward "a just and comprehensive peace." The resolution extended for another year the mandate of the U.N. peacekeeping force in Lebanon known as UNIFIL, which was created to oversee the withdrawal of Israeli troops from southern Lebanon after a 1978 invasion and has been there ever since. The Security Council expanded the mission after a 2006 war between Israel and Hezbollah so that peacekeepers could deploy along the Lebanon-Israel border to help Lebanese troops extend their authority into their country's south for the first time in decades. That resolution also called for a full cessation of Israeli-Hezbollah hostilities, which has not happened. Hezbollah supporters in Lebanon frequently accuse the U.N. mission of collusion with Israel, while Israel has accused the peacekeepers of turning a blind eye to Hezbollah's military activities in southern Lebanon. During the ongoing clashes between Hezbollah and Israeli forces in southern Lebanon, UNIFIL facilities or vehicles have been hit by shelling or gunfire on several occasions. Earlier this month, UNIFIL said three peacekeepers on patrol were lightly injured when an explosion happened near their vehicle. ( end quote)
  2. In the news…. US Flexes Mideast Muscle Amid Pending Iran Attack Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has ordered a guided missile submarine to the Middle East and is telling the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier strike group to sail more quickly to the area, as the U.S. on Monday said it believes Iran or its proxies may launch a strike against Israel as soon as this week. The moves, announced by the Defense Department Sunday, come as the U.S. and other allies push for Israel and Hamas to achieve a cease-fire that could help calm soaring tensions in the region following the assassination of Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran and a senior Hezbollah commander in Beirut. Officials have been on the lookout for retaliatory strikes by Iran and Hezbollah for the killings, and the U.S. has been beefing up its presence in the region.(end quote)
  3. In the news…Blinken: Iran Could Attack Israel in 24 Hours Secretary of State Antony Blinken said an attack by Iran and Hezbollah could happen as early as Monday, reported Axios, citing three sources briefed on a call Blinken had with G7 leaders late Sunday. Blinken coordinated the call with U.S. allies in an effort to put as much last-minute diplomatic pressure as possible on Iran and Hezbollah to temper any potential retaliation against Israel, according to Axios. Sources say Blinken emphasized the importance of preventing an all-out war. Blinken allegedly indicated that the United States is prepared for retaliation from Iran and Hezbollah in response to the assassination of Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh and military commander Fuad Shukr. But, he said, it is unclear what form the relation will take. Sources said Blinken indicated that while the U.S. does not know the exact time of the attacks, they could begin as early as the next 24-48 hours. (End quote)
  4. In the news…. US: Iranian Attack on Israel Could Be Worse Than April Assault According to the sources, the Pentagon has consulted with U.S. Central Command on adjustments to American military deployments in the region, adding that no final decision was made as of Thursday afternoon. Iran’s attack could be launched in the “coming days,” the officials said. The Lebanese Al-Akhbar daily, which is close to Iran’s Hezbollah terrorist proxy, reported on Friday that the assault will involve Tehran’s entire “Axis of Resistance,” which includes Hezbollah, Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Yemen’s Houthis, and other regional terrorist groups. In a call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Thursday, President Joe Biden “reaffirmed” Washington’s backing for Jerusalem’s security, vowing to support it against “all threats from Iran, including its proxy terrorist groups Hamas, Hezbollah and the Houthis.”(end quote) Looks like all out war with Iran and it’s proxies is coming soon.

  6. In the news….Iran Threatens Revenge on Israel After Hamas Leader Killed in Tehran Airstrike Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh was assassinated in Tehran, Iran's paramilitary Revolutionary Guard said early Wednesday. No one immediately claimed responsibility for the assassination but suspicion fell on Israel, which has vowed to kill Haniyeh and other leaders of Hamas over the group's Oct. 7 attack on Israel that killed 1,200 people and saw some 250 others taken hostage. Haniyeh was in Tehran to attend Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian's swearing-in ceremony on Tuesday. Iran gave no details on how Haniyeh was killed, and the Guard said the attack was under investigation. A separate Israeli strike in Lebanon on Tuesday that appears to have killed Fouad Shukur, a top Hezbollah military commander whom the U.S. blames for planning and launching the deadly 1983 Marine bombing in the Lebanese capital.(end quote)

"Just as we entered [Nagorno-] Karabakh, just as we entered Libya, we might do the same to them. There is nothing we can't do. We must only be strong."(end quote)

  11. In the news….Israel Says it Intercepts Missile Fired from Yemen, Houthis Say They Targeted Eilat Israel said its air defenses intercepted a surface-to-surface missile launched from Yemen on Sunday and Yemen's Iran-aligned Houthi movement said it had fired several missiles at the Israeli Red Sea city of Eilat. The attack prolonged an escalation of violence between Israel and the Houthis that began on Friday when the Yemeni group launched a drone that hit the center of Tel Aviv, killing one man and wounding four others. Israeli warplanes carried out an air raid near Yemen's Hodeidah port in response on Saturday, hitting what Israel said were Houthi military targets. Six people were killed and 80 others injured in the attack, medical sources in Yemen told Reuters on Sunday, saying that they were all civilians.(end quote)
  12. Here is another way to prove the bottomless pit (the deep) is the same place as hell. Rev 9:11 - And they had a king overthem, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, G12 whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon Notice same word G12 is used to describe where Christ descended …. Rom 10:7 - Or, Who shall descend into the deep? G12 (that is, to bring upChrist again from the dead.) Ephesians 4:9 (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? And where did Christ descend? Psalm 16:10 For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. Acts 2:27 Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.
  13. Hell is called the “bottomless pit” because it is “never full.” Proverbs 27:20 Hell and destruction are “never full;” so the eyes of man are never satisfied. Hell is referred to as the “pit” Isaiah 14:15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of “the pit.” Ezekiel 31:16 I made the nations to shake at the sound of his fall, when I cast him down to hell with them that descend into “the pit:”and all the trees of Eden, the choice and best of Lebanon, all that drink water, shall be comforted in the nether parts of the earth.
  14. In the news….Israeli jets strike Houthi targets in Yemen after Tel Aviv attack Israeli fighter jets struck Houthi military targets in the area of Hodeidah port in Yemen on Saturday, the Israeli military said, a day after a drone launched by the Iranian-backed group hit Israel's economic hub Tel Aviv. Al-Masirah TV, the main television news outlet run by Yemen's Houthi movement, reported that the strikes were directed against oil facilities in the port and caused fatalities. Hodeidah residents told Reuters by phone that explosions were heard throughout the city during an intensive bombardment and Al-Masirah TV said civil defence forces and firefighters were trying to extinguish fires in the port's oil tanks.(end quote)
  15. God created all things, even hell. Even though God can create evil and darkness, it does not mean that God is evil. Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things. Hell is the place of the “dead”, God is not the God of the dead, but of the “living” Mark 12:27 He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living: ye therefore do greatly err. Though God has “the keys of hell” the angel called “Destruction”reigns over hell as King. Revelation 9:11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.
  16. Psalm 59:7 Behold, they belch out with their mouth: swords are in their lips: for who, say they, doth hear? Psalm 59:12 For the sin of their mouth and the words of their lips let them even be taken in their pride: and for cursing and lying which they speak. Psalm 141:3 Set a watch, O Lord, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips. Proverbs 4:24 Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee. Proverbs 8:7 For my mouth shall speak truth; and wickedness is an abomination to my lips. Proverbs 10:32 The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable: but the mouth of the wicked speaketh frowardness. Proverbs 13:3 He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life: but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction. Proverbs 14:3 In the mouth of the foolish is a rod of pride: but the lips of the wise shall preserve them. Proverbs 16:10 A divine sentence is in the lips of the king: his mouth transgresseth not in judgment. Proverbs 16:23 The heart of the wise teacheth his mouth, and addeth learning to his lips. Proverbs 18:6 A fool's lips enter into contention, and his mouth calleth for strokes. Proverbs 18:7 A fool's mouth is his destruction, and his lips are the snare of his soul. Proverbs 18:20 A man's belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. Ecclesiastes 10:12 The words of a wise man's mouth are gracious; but the lips of a fool will swallow up himself
  17. Now the serpents seed can speak fair speeches, they can be real smooth talkers, as smooth as oil. Proverbs 26:25 When he “speaketh fair,”believe him not: for there are seven abominations in his heart. Jeremiah 12:6 For even thy brethren, and the house of thy father, even they have dealt treacherously with thee; yea, they have called a multitude after thee: believe them not, though “they speak fair words”unto thee. Proverbs 7:21 With her much “fair speech”she caused him to yield, with the “flattering of her lips”she forced him. Romans 16:18 For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and “by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.” Psalm 55:21 The words of his mouth were “smoother than butter,” but war was in his heart: his words were “softer than oil,”yet were they drawn swords. Proverbs 5:3 For the lips of a strange woman drop as an honeycomb, and her mouth is “smoother than oil:”
  18. The word froward means perverse and crooked Pro 11:20 - They that are of a froward H6141 heart are abomination to the LORD: but such as are upright in their way are his delight. Pro 19:1 - Better is the poor that walketh in his integrity, than he that isperverse H6141 in his lips, and is a fool Pro 8:8 - All the words of my mouthare in righteousness; there is nothing froward or perverse H6141 in them. Pro 2:15 - Whose ways arecrooked, H6141 and they froward in their paths: Deu 32:5 - They have corrupted themselves, their spot is not the spotof his children: they are a perverse H6141 and crooked generation. The 2 different “spots” mentioned above is speaking of the 2 different “marks”. The “mark” of the perverse and crooked generation (serpents seed) is “sin” The “mark” or “seal” of the good seed (Christs seed) is “righteousness.”
  19. 25 When he speaketh fair, believe him not: for there are “seven abominations”in his heart. These 7 are an abomination …. Proverbs 6:12-19 King James Version 12 A naughty person, a wicked man, walketh with a “froward mouth.” 13 He winketh with his eyes, he speaketh with his feet, he teacheth with his fingers; 14 Frowardness is in his heart, he deviseth mischief continually; he “soweth discord.” 15 Therefore shall his calamity come suddenly; suddenly shall he be broken without remedy. 16 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, “seven are an abomination”unto him: 17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, 18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, 19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.”
  20. Proverbs 26:20-28 King James Version 20 Where no wood is, there the fire goeth out: so where there is no talebearer, the strife ceaseth. 21 As coals are to burning coals, and wood to fire; so is a contentious man to kindle strife. 22 The words of a talebearer are as wounds, and they go down into the innermost parts of the belly. 23 Burning lips and a wicked heart are like a potsherd covered with silver dross. 24 He that “hateth”dissembleth with his lips, and layeth up deceit within him; 25 When he speaketh fair, believe him not: for there are “seven abominations”in his heart. 26 Whose “hatred”is covered by deceit, his wickedness shall be shewed before the whole congregation. 27 Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein: and he that rolleth a stone, it will return upon him. 28 “A lying tongue hateth”those that are afflicted by it; and a flattering mouth worketh ruin.
  21. They will be crying to the mountains…. In several places in scripture we see the people saying to the mountains and hills to hide them. First after the Assyrian invasion, because Israel turned from the house of God “Bethel” unto a house of idols “Beth-Aven” or house of “vanity”, and iniquity, by worshipping the false idols of Bethaven. Hosea 10:5 “The inhabitants of Samaria shall fear because of the calves of Bethaven: for the people thereof shall mourn over it, and the priests thereof that rejoiced on it, for the glory thereof, because it is departed from it. Notice what the people would say when this destruction came…. Hosea 10:8 “The high places also of Aven, the sin of Israel, shall be destroyed: the thorn and the thistle shall come up on their altars; and they shall “say to the mountains, Cover us; and to the hills, Fall on us.” Then again after the Roman invasion the likeness of this would happen again; as was also prophesied beforehand by Jesus. Because of the "overspreading of abominations" Jerusalem’s house would be made desolate. Also notice where Jesus said Israel had turned the house of God into a “house of merchandise”. ( John 2:16) And again it is prophesied they would say to the mountains and hills “Fall on us!” and “Cover us!” Luke 23:28-31 “But Jesus turning unto them said, Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children.29 For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the paps which never gave suck. 30 Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, “Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us.”31 For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry?” And so then again in the book of the Revelation after the 6th seal is opened we see all peoples of the earth are again prophesied to say to the mountains and rocks “Fall on us” and “hide us”. Revelation 6:15-17 “And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;16 And said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us, and hide us”from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?” God shows us these repeating patterns in scripture so we can get more insight into the symbolic language used to confirm a future event. It is written in Ecclesiastes 3:15 "That which has been is now; and that which is to be has already been; and God requires that which is past." So we need to look to the patterns shown in the Old Testament and in the New to better understand future prophecy. And when Mystery Babylon falls we see the merchants would also weep because of their “merchandise” Revelation 18:11 And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more: So in all 3 instances we see a connection with "idolatry" and "merchandise", just as "covetousness" (the love of money) is also shown as "idolatry" in scripture. Ephesians 5:5 “For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.” Colossians 3:5 “Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and “covetousness, which is idolatry:” So our bodies being like "a temple" for God’s Spirit to dwell in,( 1 Corinthians 6:19). You can also see how one who turns to false idols, or to "the love of money," which is the covetousness of the heart; thereby they have also set up the false “idol” in the temple of God; in the "spiritual" sense. And when this false idol is taken away and made desolate, the people who worship it shall “weep and mourn.” Notice in James 5:1-3 “Go to now, ye rich men, “weep and howl”for your miseries that shall come upon you.2 Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.3 Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.” Revelation 18:15 “The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, “weeping and wailing,” Revelation 18:19 “And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, “weeping and wailing,”saying, Alas, alas that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.” So I believe, when the 6th seal is opened, there is going to be a great economic downfall which will begin “the time of the trouble such as the world has never seen”as mentioned in Daniel 12:1. This economic downfall also begins the wrath of God being poured out on the Nations. As is shown here in Revelation 6:17 "For the great day of His wrath is come; and who will be able to stand?" So keep yourself from idols, Peace and God bless
  22. Yes we must continue, we must abide, we must endure, we must overcome, we must remain. If we do not we are in danger of falling back into the ways of the old man. Don’t revive the old man by reviving his ways. Galatians 2:18 For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor.
  23. There are several news reports about the “increased security” around Trump because of a so called Iran plot to take out Trump. And there are several stories about the shooter having 3 encrypted overseas accounts. But the congressman “hinting” that they were connected to the Iran plot is unconfirmed as far as I know.
