  1. I have a question relating to what Paul wrote in Corinthians about long hair. 1 corinth 11:14 "Does not the very nature of things teach you that if a man has long hair, it is a disgrace to him," I might be reading in to this wrong, but when Paul says something like this I would think that if Jesus did have long hair Paul would not have reffered to this as being a disgrace. Like I said, I might be completely off on this verse. Thanks for any clarification, Aaron
  2. Just signed it, may G-d bless your cause. Aaron
  3. David Robinson, used to play for San Antonio is a christian, also Emmit Smith, and Isaac Newton were/are Christians.
  4. I wasn't judging G-d at all, I was asking if Pharoah would be held accountable for what he had no control over. I have no authority to judge anyone on earth, let alone G-d, sorry if it came off that way, but in no way am I trying to judge what G-d did, and still does. Aaron
  5. I know they pray towards mecca, but I'm not quite sure what that's about, I will have to research more on the religion. RC Sproll said it best, Mohammad, and Jesus Christ shouldn't be uttered in the same breath, there is no comparison between the two. Muslims believe in Jesus, they just saw him as a prophet. Aaron
  6. Sorry, it was dumb of me to say I look forward to persecution, I just keep coming across those people on television/radio, who use the name of Jesus to get them rich, and I can't wait untill they are exposed for who they really are. But I need to realize that G-d is in total control, he know's everyones hearts, and eventually they will get what they deserve. Aaron
  7. The Christians of the early church were the most persecuted of any, look at the apostles, almost all of them were murdered because of Jesus, not to mention what the Romans did to us. I think we have it really easy in these days, when you compare to the suffering of past. At this point in my christian walk I would be more than willing to die for Yeshua, I had problems with this early in my christian life, but I have let everything go, and am in full force with the L-rd. I look forward to the persecution of Christians, just for the fact that it will bring out the TRUE believers in Yeshua. In due time we will see the true believers of Yeshua, and who will go all the way for His sake.
  8. In these verses Paul is saying that G-d shows mercy or compassion on who He chooses, and then goes on to show Pharaoh as an example, "I raised you up for this very purpose, that I might display my power in you and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth." Exodus 9:16. I guess my question is, would Pharaoh go to hell because G-d hardened his heart. It doesn't seem to me that Pharoah had any choice in this at all. I'm not questioning G-d's will at all, I just would like to know if G-d would hold this against Pharoah? Thank you, Aaron
  9. Thank you both, that makes a lot of sense. Aaron
  10. Hebrews 6:4-7 states "It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, who have tasted the goodness of the word of G-d and the powers of the coming age, if they fall away to be brought back to repentance, because to their loss they are crucifying the Son of G-d all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace." Does this mean that if you accepted Yeshua long ago, and left the church, it would be a disgrace to Yeshua to come and be saved again? Thanks for any help on this verse, Aaron
