The Doctrine of the Trinity is a man made interpitation of the nature of what men think scripture is saying what God is, As thought any one of us could claim to fully comprehend or explain the fullness of God. Their are Scriptures that can be used for both sides of the argument of whether God is Triune or not. Any honest hearted Trinitarian will ackowledge this fact also that before Christ the people of Isreal from Moses all the way to John the Baptist taught and understood God to be One, And If any Trinitarain refuses to acknoledge this fact they are not being truly honnest. That being said, is there scripture that seem to be in agreement with the Doctrine of the Trinity ? Absultly !!! there is scripture that seem to point to that conclution. And for the monothiest if they refuse to acckoldge this fact then they also are not being honnest hearted. So you might ask were does that leave myself on this issue. And here is my answer Scripture clearly states that we are to honor the Son just like we honor the Father. But also Jesus clearly states to his Apostels I am going my way to my Father and to your Father and to my GOD and to your God. An Almighty God regadless weather in the Flesh or in the Spirit who clear says that He has a God one can only refer to Jesus own words The Father is Greater than I am, Also when he says This means there everlasting life their taking in the knowledge of the Only true God and of the one you sent forth. And these scriptures can not be nolified. But neither can the scriptures like John 1.1 IN THE BEGINING THE WORD WAS WITH GOD AND THE WORD WAS GOD. be ignored So what should be the conclution of the question. Faith that Jesus being the Son And Him being the only means which God gave for us to be saved is what we should all consider to be esentail for salvation. And besides scriptuer clearly say Interpitation belong to God alone... Or who is the one, who will say that Abrham or Moses or such other men from the Old testiment times Comprehend the Doctrine of the Trinity as it is considerd today. And if you should say they did then why did they not come up with the term Trinity to describe the Nature of God ? All these are relevent to the Question Is GOD triune. Well I mean no offence to any one but since you all put your 2 cents in I figuerd I would take A crack at it too.

I am wondering has this guy your seeing had any recent hardships like a death of someone close or maybe a friendship gone bad or has someone been overly judgmental or pharisacal / hypocritical with him. The reason why I am asking, is maybe something happened, something that is hurting him so much that it makes him not want to care any more. But honestly I feel maybe if you can get him to see all the good God is giving to him than he may realize how truly blessed he is. I mean come on, he has a God who loves him and a woman who adores him, one who has a real love of God, and one who wants to help him to be a man after Gods own heart. Really what more could He want... But Dancing for God heres the deal, people and their heart are just like soil, thats right,, dirt. Now imagine if you bought a plant the soil is more than likely very moist and soft which explains why the plant is so green when you first buy them. So now lets say you never water this plant, and you kept it where the sun would shine upon it constantly, soon as you know, the soil drys up and becomes hard, and the plant will wither away. So also will we, if we are not watering the soil belonging to our heart. And so this mere seedling called the love of God can not survive and flurish if we do not water our hearts regurely . And the water that softens the soil of our hearts, this is the word of God. And the sun it represents all trials, tribulation, and temptaions that in this world and day after day they can rob us of this moist hearted condition,, so this is why we must daily water the soil of hearts lest our love for our God should like wise wither away and die. It is that serious. So Dancing for God help this guy whom you do indeed love, by your watering the soil of his heart, tenderly, but be carefully not to over water for soil that is dry must first absorb the water before it can become soft again and then that is when, this mere seedling can again flourish with in him, namely this Love of God, which will make him care..... Did I miss a posting about it ??? Why not use the whole word God instead ??? Also what scriptural basis is there for doing so??? Or is this taking the commandments which say. You must not take the Name of God Invain. To mean you must not use God's Name at all. Even if so,, I thought the word for God, EL or Elohim was more of a title. And that YaHWeH OR Jehovah is the actual name of God.... And since I am on the subject, as I have read the Bible what I observe is that God wants us to use His name, and to know His name, and to praise His name, and to honor His name, and to proclaim His name. But how can this be done if one wont even use His name ???

Hello Bro heres the problem with your interpetation you say Jesus is 100 % God well Jesus says at John 20. 17 that the Father is God even to himself, so How is it possiable that you have Jesus as being 100% God having a God. and this is why Jesus at John 17. 3 says that the Father is the only true God and also how it is that Jesus says that the Father is Greater than he is. No Trinity here, the Father is the Most High and Jesus is the Son of the Most High the one that sits at the right hand of God. I hope this helps you

I have a question that I have yet to find a satisfactory answer to so here goes. and this is to any body who wishes OK according to the doctrine of the Trinity Jesus is 100% Man and 100% God so now to me that would mean 100% God 100% of the time regardless whether he is on earth or in heaven and his manhood does not make him now 99 % God....But there is a problem because Jesus own words clearly says as recorded at John 20. 17 that the Father is God even to him self also John 17. 3 Jesus agian clearly calls his Father the only True God and again Jesus own words says the Father is Greater than I am. further we read at John 1. 18 that no man has seen God yet we know that many seen Jesus. these and other scriptures to me show that Jesus is the only begoten God however Not the Most High for if he were than, how do you have A man who is 100% God acording to the doctrine of the Trinity then this 100% God has a God inless, as he says in his own words, that the Father is the Only True God. John 14:6 isn't the only passage on salvation. Even then, Jesus says that no one gets to the Father except through Him. Well how do we get to Jesus? Paul tells us we must come to God via faith in His death and resurrection. If we deny that Jesus was God, then we cannot place trust in His death and resurrection. Simple as that. But what they are teaching originates on Gnostic heresy...am I suppose to sugar coat that? It is very black and white. It is Gnostic heresy...there's no getting around it. As for Matthew 7:1, look up a proper interpretation of it because you're way off. I won't do the work for you One cannot change the state they are in unless they know and understand the state they are in. What he is preaching is a Gnostic Heresy...again, there's no denying this or getting around it. That is the simple truth of this situation. No, if you have the guts to say something, you better have the same amount to stay around and keep defending it. You don't hit someone and then run away. Whoa mate, calm down. There is a difference between arbitrary judgement and something that is decidedly heretical. If you get on here and say, "We can lose our salvation and give up our faith," whilst I'll disagree, it's certainly not heretical. Just like if I tell you that I speak in tongues and I think it's a sign of the Holy Spirit, we may end up disagreeing, but neither one of us hold a heretical stance. When someone says, "Jesus was just a man and was not God," we can say that is heretical and that the person is subsequently a heretic. We say this because, as I pointed out, John the Apostle, considered this heretical. In fact, the early church declared anyone that taught this/believed this a heretic. We view "heretic" as a dirty word, but the fact is, we need to apply it because it does hold truth in the modern world. We can look to early Christianity and see that church fathers believed this to be heresy. Either we agree with them, and call it out, or we brush aside two thousand years of belief in order to appease people. The Bible gives standards for salvation. Am I being judgmental for saying a person that denies Christ will go to hell (even though this is found in Joyhn 14:6)? Of course not. Likewise, to deny the deity of Christ is to deny essentially who He is. It's the equivalent to saying, "God isn't really God." By taking away His deity we make Him a liar, for He claimed He was God. Salvation depends upon justification and sanctification. The only way to achieve both is to place our trust in Jesus Christ. We cannot do this unless we know who He is. This is why it is essential to salvation. It is like trying to accept Christ but denying He really died. "love" does not mean glossing things over.
