Absolutely right on kjw47! Yours is God's message for this violent world. People need to hear this, especially those professing to have a Christian outlook on life. Thank you friend, yes God showed his rage towards this world of violence in Noahs day, 99% minimum of all mankind living died by the judgement of God, and God compared these last days to Noahs day saying that the world took no note. Why, Because the teachers of these humans did not know God. And the same will apply now. War is done in hatred, yet they try to tell us they do it in love.Both sides are told it is out of love that these violent acts occur.

If we did not teach our children war, we would cease to exist. In the O.T. era you are referring to, the Hebrew children were constantly warring. Jesus will return as a great Warrior. He and His Armies will slay millions to protect Israel. The "anti-war" position, is simply not Biblical. Actually it is what war does to ones heart, it fills ones heart with hatred for our human brothers whom God also created. An opposite teaching of the Jesus i read about.

Hi friend. God judged those people in the ot to death directly through his prophets, and alot of the times angels did the killing, or he confused them to kill themselves. Then He sent us Jesus who taught all to love ones enemy, so i ask you can you blow the head off of someone you love on the orders of men who in Gods word clearly shows that in the last days ( if you believe we are here ) In his book of revelations God tells us all that-- satan will lead all kingdoms ( govts ) against God. So then if we are taught that these govts are actually Gods then why will satan be leading them against God??????? And why will there outcome be this Daniel 2:44. God does not crush what is his. And as i said, these are filling somes hearts with hatred for a brother who is decieved by satan, who then taught and filled his heart with hatred towards us. if we do as our enemy we are our enemy. The same Govt ( ours ) that sent brothers in christ to kill brothers in christ in ww1,ww2, the revolutionary war, the civil war. You see the Jesus i know would never let that be. It is LOVE that conquers all , not bombs or bullets.

Thank you friend, yes and Jesus himself pointed out the problem in that passage-- He called them workers of iniquities ( lawlessness in some bibles ) And at 1 John,3:4 says-- Iniquities is sin 3: 6,9,10 says-- do not practice sin. Or you are the children of the devil. Gods word clearly says that practicers of sin are the devils children, and in those words of Jesus even though they did powerful works out of powerful love for Jesus he never knew them. There is a simple test out of Gods word to see if our religion has the blood of christ behind it.--If the teachers are telling these ones they are saved Matthew19: 24-- 1 corinthians 6: 9,10-- I promise you they do not represent Jesus. There are many other sins that one can practice also besides these mentioned here. So as i will tell all-- make sure of all things, eternal life may depend on it. If one truly loves Jesus he would listen to Jesus carefully when he stated-- Man does not live by bread alone but by EVERY utterance from the mouth of God-- one simply cannot take one line from Gods word and think that they are saved, a true christian learns every utterance.

You are right, they did not do those works by Jesus power, but they were told by their teachers they did. These teachers obviously represented Jesus in their words to these ones. and also it must have looked in their hearts they were serving Jesus also.How can this be? Because satan transforms into an angel of light. His number 1 way that he has always decieved mankind was by posing as God in false religion.Thats why i sign-- Make sure of all things.So it is obvious that there are religions on this earth that look like it is Jesus,s. There are thousands of different named religions saying one is saved by the blood of Jesus. So one might ask themselves am i in the right one? How can one really know unless he makes sure of all things by looking into those other religions that say they have the saving blood of Jesus power. Or does one have enough time in their lifetime to really make sure?

Hi Friend, One must understand what sin is firstly, Heres an example-- while in the wilderness, satan asked Jesus to do an act of worship to him. He was asking Jesus to sin, thus sin= worship to satan,both in the heart of God and the heart of Jesus. and one must ask themselves-- Can i practice worship to God on one hand and also practice worship to satan on the other hand and be a true children of God? I say no way ever. And heres proof out of Gods sons own mouth-- Matthew 7:21-23. These will be the words spoken by Jesus to the lukewarm ones on judgement day. I promise you that you do not want to hear these words spoken to you. they are these, he will say-- Get away from me you workers of iniquities ( lawlessness = practiced sin) I must confess i never knew you. (God knows every name written in the book of life)-- Even though they did powerful works in his name. They did these works out of love for Jesus but what was the problem? Practiced sin. and at 1 john 3: 9,10 it says that a true child of God practices righteousness, the children of the devil practice sin. It is our choice in our hearts to believe Gods word on this matter.

Hi Friend, yes we all sin, but at 1 john 3:9,10 it mentions practiced sin, the key word being practiced, this kind of sin will not be forgiven without first, human repentence, and as Gods inspired writer clearly states, that those who are true children of God cannot practice sin, and that those who practice sin are the children of the devil. and i say unto you, the only humans that will recieve salvation and grace, are the true children of God. These practice righteousness.

Hi Friend, I showed 4 determining factors from Gods written word, no Jesus wont lose anyone, so one must ask am i truly with Jesus and he with me? There is a strong determining factor found at 1 John 3: 9,10-- This is like a mirror to the reality of our hearts, and basically it says-- That the true children of God cannot practice sin, instead they live to practice righteousness, and on the other hand the true children of the devil, practice sin. its that simple. Thats why i guess Jesus said-- This means eternal life ( be saved ) their taking in knowledge of you the only true God and the one whom he sent forth, Jesus christ. But all the other 3 factors for being saved apply as well. And within the word righteousness this would mean that we took in true knowledge, not false knowledge. And applied it in our everyday lives, and learned to hate what God hates concerning sin and the practice of it. As in the days of Noah, God showed that being decieved does not hold any merit with him. it will not be an acceptable excuse. So then i would ask Why are babies and children being baptized and told they are saved, They cannot possibly make that decision maturely within their hearts.

Hi ,I am new to the boards, but here is something to consider-- they came over here and killed it was wrong, then we went over there and killed, doesnt that make us just as they are. Or would we have applied Jesus words and loved our enemy. Or did we bomb the crap out of two countries out of love. And hows about us dropping two a bombs into the middle of cities where babies, pregnent women, grandmothers, etc were living. You see if the world listened to Jesus and had love, none of these killings would have occured. This kind of comment makes me crazy. You mentioned all the people over their that have been killed but said nothing about our troops putting their lives on the line. What about the troops that will never see their families again and gave their lives willingly? Let me ask you this..would you rather we fight them over there or over here? And what about the three thousand Americans that were killed in 911? This mas was behind that too. Grow up. What about their troops that will never see their familys? Love is impartial, love conquers all. I see death on both sides, when has it occured under the sun that two wrongs ever made a right? Jesus said. even the wicked love their families and friends but it is to no avail.-- one must learn to have love for all, even their enemies Jesus said. You see both sides filled their hearts with hate, this is the road that lead ones away from the true living God, Love , Leads one to him. So i ask, can one be killing his brother and still love him? And if we have hatred in our hearts just as our enemies and return death for death we become our enemy.

Hi Friend, Gods word teaches that -- those who call on the name of the lord will be saved, also it says This means eternal life ( be saved ) there taking in knowledge of you the only true God and the one whom you sent forth Jesus Christ, also those who do the will of God remain ( be saved ) also those who endure till the end will be saved. So i would say-- That here amongst mortal man not one can read a persons true heart and know if that one can and will endure till the end. So thusly not one mortal man can tell another that he is saved unless he can read the true heart of such ones and this is an impossibility to mortal men. But there is a strong determining factor in the written words of God found at 1 John 3:9,10 This is a mirror for us to peer into to test whether or not we are Gods children. And it basically says that those who practice righteousness are the children of God, those who practice sin are the devils children. We all need to look into this mirror now and again. So i ask, Why are mortal men trying to play God by telling another he is saved when he cannot read the true heart?God alone knows the names written in the book of life, not one mortal man does.

I would like to share this with my brothers, The question of the day is should i be patriotic to be a christian in these last days? To me Gods word is pretty clear-- Daniel 2:44 God will crush every kindmom of this earth ( Does God crush what is his ?) also in the book of revelation it says-- that satan will lead every kingdom against God. in the days Gods word was written , all countries were kingdoms, today they are called Governments. So it clearly states that satan will lead all human govts against God and God will crush them, so in ones heart can one support the govt of men, and Gods kingdom? Jesus taught to pay unto ceaser, ceasers things ( taxes ) So i guess one must ask this question, Can i support satans side and Gods side within my heart and truly be a christian? Simply put both sides in this war on terror have filled their hearts with hate for his brothers whom God created and gave to us, thusly spreading this hatred throughout the country where they are towards one another, This is a teaching opposite of Gods son Jesus, an opposite teaching leads one away from God, The teachings of Jesus is what draws one closer to God.
