3rd attempt to get a serious discussion going about items in our homes or comming into our homes that could pose a threat or danger to us in a number of ways. The things that dealing with fiaries etc are not to be disscussed here as thats on another thread. This time ill make it a bit more shorter and to point. Objects for satanic use. HOw harmful are likes of crystal balls, ouji boards, tarot cards etc to the home, even if they lay hidden in a attic or wall unknown to the owners of the house for example, or it was something laying in bottom of a box of jumble or other items you have been given by family or friends. Is it possible that these items can actually create some sort of gateway or opening into the home for spirits to enter? Objects used in satanic rituals Now what about things like crystals, ropes knives, etc that have been used for occult purposes, if we were to come into possession of one of these items would we be better of discarding it? would we experience problems as a result of its history and past? Objects that can create disharmony THere are several ways in which this can happen, obviously one is personal, which we don't really need to dwell on, something may be a temptation to one man to sin while another man its nothing, such as alcohol. many items can create footholds within someones mind and that can manifest itself if allowed to. However what about objects that come into the home that no one picks up on. One such example is a Christian family bought a painting and hung it up, things went wrong and there was disharmony in the home, on close inspection the picture contained some occult symbols and wording, once got rid off everything back to normal. Now, if no one knew about these symbols in the painting , how come we have a bad thing happen even though no one knew about it ? Its same with certain leaflets and books that come in, many years ago a friend of mine had a leaflet on some occult practice come through the door, she left it in her draw all kind of things went wrong, it wasnt until pastor identified it and ripped it up and threw it out the house that everything suddenly went back to normal. Again why was this if its just simply an object. So I ask you is it possible then that a demon can be associated with an object and follow it around creating problems regardless. Now can demons actually posses an object? already most people say no, so then if that is out the question then it could simply follow it. What about demons transforming themselves into objects? We know demons will manifest themselves as ghosts and so on, while we on ghosts, do not ghosts haunt a location and place? if they are capable of this then keeping track on an object can not be too hard can it and creating mayhem out of a myth revolving around an item is not impossible either. These are questions for you to discuss, certainly some answers are straightforward and should be universally acceptable, however there are a few interesting technical points that are rather thought provoking and intersting to deal with. SO post away!

Little girls playing at fairies or wearing fairy stuff may seem harmless and cute, but how long before they start thinking and beleiveing fairies are real, start of slippery slope into communicating with demons. "Ooo I saw a fairy, better not tell my mummy she says they not real and dost believe in them, I think ill try and see it again tomorrow" Behind the scene Satan rubs his hands together at ensnaring another victim down the path of the occult.

This is a good illustration of how Satan has gained a foothold in todays culture, deceiving people into thinking that there is nothing wrong with fairies gnomes, elves, dwarfs etc. Go back and read my post and vicky's about the origins of these creatures. there are a large number of websites that deal with fairy sightings and a huge number of books on how to communicate with these creatures such as gnomes etc. Fairies etc serve no useful purpose to man and are just tools of Satan to turn people away just ask the thousands of people who genuinely communicate with these creatures, ie demons. Is having an image that represents a demon acceptable? well thats your choice, but be prepared for what God will have to say about it come judgment day.

writen documentation of fairies can be dated as far back as Bronze Age. ALso in Ancient Greece there were a number of plays and stories that revolved around these creatures, although not in the form we are presented with todays imagery. These supernatural beings have most likely been with us since dawn of time, what came first the stories or the sightings? Did people see demons lurking in the shadows and make up stories around them or did they start off as simple stories which demons simply brought to life? What ever the origins does it matter? These creatures are Satans creatures. Plenty of people believe in these creatures today and plenty claim to have seen them and communicate with them. These fairies etc serve no useful purpose to man or God they are only useful to Satan to drive man from God, in same way Ghosts and UFOs do. Therefore is it honouring to God that we own images of these demonic beings? I am not saying a lump of plastic is denomic, which some people have kind of got around to thinking that is what I believe, far from it, It is more a case of is it right in owning something that REPRESENTS a demon etc. Here are a few more explanations as to the origins of fairies. source TheFairyfaith.com The Irish believe that the fairies are a previously conquered society, the Tuatha De Danaan (People of the Goddess Dana), who were driven into hiding when the Celts invaded Ireland. The Pagan gods of the Tuatha, skilled in building and magic, went underground to live in the tombs and mounds they had built. Hidden from sight, they grew smaller in the popular imagination until they turned into fairies. Some cultures believe fairies are angels cast out of Heaven. Some fell into the sea and some onto the land where they do no harm if left alone. In Wales, fairies are thought to be a race of invisible spiritual beings living in a world of their own. en.Wikipeadea.org People who believed in the existence of fairies often did not always ascribe to them a definite origin,[3] and explanations varied culturally, regionally and temporally. One popular belief was that they were the dead, or some subclass of the dead Another view held that they were an intelligent species, distinct from humans and angels. A third belief held that they were a class of "demoted" angels.[21] One popular story held that when the angels revolted, God ordered the gates shut; those still in heaven remained angels, those in hell became devils, and those caught in between became fairies.[22] Others held that they had been thrown out of heaven, not being good enough, but were not evil enough for hell.[23] This may explain the tradition that they had to pay a "teind" or tithe to Hell; as fallen angels, though not quite devils, they are subject to the Devil.[24] A fourth belief was the fairies were devils, entirely.

First I will refer you to my third paragraph which I started The Cassette tape thing, I am not suggesting that you burn all your tapes because one might be a bit iffy. If you re read what i said about the tapes you will see i am simply giving an example of a MAN made object being used for Satanic purposes. Removing the obvious filth in your life is straight forward However God is pure and perfect, sure we can not obtain that standard but we can try cant we? even if we live in what we consider a pure and wholesome Christian home there probably are things that we do or do not do and tems we posses that are dishonoring to God, or have the potential to create spiritual discord with in the home. I think we would all be in shock as to what it means to really live a pure clean spiritual life, Christ was only perfect person on earth. We all fall miles short, even though we think we don't. AS Christians we have to be on our guard as to what does come into the home, it could be a leaflet for example, its not that big deal to sort out, just tear it up and throw it in bin outside. Its something we have to be continually on our guard over.

I had hoped to address a number of other issues, I am surprised about the number of dismissive comments about a large number of things I raised. I understand that certain items such as books can create an unhealthy obsession or interest which in turn can create footholds for Satan etc, I am more than aware of footholds and strongholds etc and how to deal with them, however what about the so called innocent objects? I have heard a number of accounts, and indeed had personal experience of seemingly innocent items that were not. for example is a Christian family purchased an innocent looking picture placed it pride of place in front room, however bad things started to happen in the home, cut a long story short on closer examination the picture contained a number of occult symbols and strange writing in a tiny portion of the picture barely visible to the eye. Once this picture was destroyed and removed from the home everything turned back to normal I raised a few questions about demons actually possessing objects, I see quite a large number of you say no all be it in a dismissive way, but its certainly worth thinking about don’t you think? Ok we shall agree then that a demon isn’t going to set up residence inside an object, however can demons follow an item around and create mayhem in the places they are located, for example take say a sword, strange things may happen when taken into someone’s home, the people will wonder about it, research its history find a rather colourful history about belonging to a ancient pirate or whoever and a rather strange myth surrounding it which appears to come true every so often. Why is it then that leaflets create a bad atmosphere and so on, again many people say how they have new age leaflet through the door, throw it in bin without even noticing it, yet it still has a negative influence in the home. Most comments seem to suggest this is only possible if someone knows about it and allows it to be negative. I am not denying that and yes that does happen, allowing a foothold to take place. However why is it that when you don’t even realize the leaflet is there it still has this ability and influence? OH and yes It is simple to deal with them as to rip them up and put them outside, sorted. This brings us on to ghosts, we all know a ghost is a demon that has taken on appearance of a dead person and is associated with a certain place. if you don’t think that demons associate themselves with an item, then why is it they can associate themselves with a location, surely if they can associate themselves with a location its not difficult to do so with an object. If you do not think that a demon does associate itself with a building as in a particular ghost haunting it, then how do you explain same sightings and goings on happening over hundreds of years? Some people see a resident ghost even though they never even knew of its existence, which obviously supports the demon being attached to the location.

I can see why this thread is descending into farce yet again. And a number of you are desperately trying your best to bring the thread to a close again by making stupid joking and flippant comments with no regard what so ever to engage in civil debate and discussion. I had hoped that with 16+ pages to this thread we would have made more progress with a number of issues and topics but some people obviously have other ideas. First off, Fairies, which include leprechauns banshees gnomes, elves dwarfs and whole load of other names depending on which part of the world they come from, are not simply just a few centuries old that appeared first as stories. many people who believe in fairies, believe in the theory that they are fallen angels that fell to earth when they were thrown out by God, which isn

You may laugh mock and ridicule, However there are many accounts of people who have had encounters with fairies in all their forms and names, there are websites where people are serious about having sighted fairies. If you bothered to read the background info on fairies I put up you would see that these creatures are more than simply myths and legends, you can not put fairies etc in the category of legend as they do exist, although they are demons. Satan created the whole fairy , elf, gnome thing not man, demons manifest themselves as fairies, elves gnomes etc to fool people into believing something that is false, just in the same way we have ghosts which is also demonic in origin etc. If people want to possess images of these demonic creations then well fine, they may just be a cheep hideous looking lump of plastic but it is what they represent which is the problem. What will you reply to God on judgment day when he asks you why you kept ornaments of demons in your garden? Oh and why so hung up about fairies? feelings of guilt maybe? theres plenty of more points to discuss and plenty of other people who moswt likely want to put up thier own views on various points, which is what i was hoping for.

No. You wouldnt be asking that if you read the first post. Black Cats are Gods creation, God created black Cats , they are simply abused by Satan and man at some points, just as any item can be abused. Black Cats are not demonic in origin.
-
You are missing the point, no people will not think that at all, however God will look upon it and say Why are there statues of demonic manifestation that is entirely of Satan's creation in my child's home?

Fairies are considered real beings long before stories were made about them. no one knows exactly the origins etc, but one thing you can be sure of they are creations of Satan and are Demonic, opposed to Satan using an object that already exists like a cyrstal. Taken from Wiki. Origin of fairies Folk beliefs People who believed in the existence of fairies often did not always ascribe to them a definite origin,[3] and explanations varied culturally, regionally and temporally. One popular belief was that they were the dead, or some subclass of the dead.[13] The banshee, with an Irish or Gaelic name that means simply, "fairy woman", is sometimes described as a ghost or as a harbinger of death.[14] The Cauld Lad of Hylton, though described as a murdered boy, is also described as a household sprite, like a brownie.[15] One tale recounted a man caught by the fairies, who found that whenever he looked steadily at one, the fairy was a dead neighbor of his.[16] This was among the most common views expressed by those who believed in fairies, although many of the informants would express the view with some doubts.[17] Another view held that they were an intelligent species, distinct from humans and angels.[18] In alchemy, in particular, they were regarded as elementals, such as gnomes and sylphs, as described by Paracelsus.[19] This is uncommon in folklore, but accounts describing the fairies as creatures of the air have been found popularly.[20] A third belief held that they were a class of "demoted" angels.[21] One popular story held that when the angels revolted, God ordered the gates shut; those still in heaven remained angels, those in hell became devils, and those caught in between became fairies.[22] Others held that they had been thrown out of heaven, not being good enough, but were not evil enough for hell.[23] This may explain the tradition that they had to pay a "teind" or tithe to Hell; as fallen angels, though not quite devils, they are subject to the Devil.[24] A fourth belief was the fairies were devils, entirely.[25] This belief became much more popular with the growth of Puritanism.[26] The hobgoblin, once a friendly household spirit, became a wicked goblin.[27] Dealing with fairies was in some cases considered a form of witchcraft and punished as such in this era.[28] Disassociating himself from such evils may be why Oberon, in A Midsummer Night's Dream, carefully observed that neither he nor his court feared the church bells.[29] The belief in their angelic nature was less common than that they were the dead, but still found popularity, especially in Theosophist circles.[30][31] Informants who described their nature sometimes held aspects of both the third and the fourth view, or observed that the matter was disputed.[30] A less-common belief was that the fairies were actually humans; one folktale recounts how a woman had hidden some of her children from God, and then looked for them in vain, because they had become the hidden people, the fairies. This is parallel to a more developed tale, of the origin of the Scandinavian huldra.[30] Sources of beliefs One theory for the source of fairy beliefs was that a race of diminutive people had once lived in the Celtic nations and British Isles, but been driven into hiding by invading humans. They came to be seen as another race, or possibly spirits, and were believed to live in an Otherworld that was variously described as existing underground, in hidden hills (many of which were ancient burial mounds), or across the Western Sea.[4] Some archaeologists attributed Elfland to small dwellings or underground chambers where diminutive people might have once lived.[32] In popular folklore, flint arrowheads from the Stone Age were attributed to the fairies as "elf-shot".[33] The fairies fear of iron was attributed to the invaders having iron weapons, whereas the inhabitants had only flint and were therefore easily defeated in physical battle. Their green clothing and underground homes were credited to their need to hide and camouflage themselves from hostile humans, and their use of magic a necessary skill for combating those with superior weaponry.[4] In Victorian beliefs of evolution, cannibalism among "ogres" was attributed to memories of more savage races, still practicing it alongside "superior" races that had abandoned it.[34] Selkies, described in fairy tales as shapeshifting seal people, were attributed to memories of skin-clad "primitive" people traveling in kayaks.[4] African pygmies were put forth as an example of a race that had previously existed over larger stretches of territory, but come to be scarce and semi-mythical with the passage of time and prominence of other tribes and races.[35] Another theory is that the fairies were originally worshiped as gods, but with the coming of Christianity, they lived on, in a dwindled state of power, in folk belief. Many beings who are described as deities in older tales are described as "fairies" in more recent writings.[5] Victorian explanations of mythology, which accounted for all gods as metaphors for natural events that had come to be taken literally, explained them as metaphors for the night sky and stars.[36] A third theory was that the fairies were a folkloric belief concerning the dead. This noted many common points of belief, such as the same legends being told of ghosts and fairies, the Sidhe mounds in actuality being burial mounds, it being dangerous to eat food in both Fairyland and Hades, and both the dead and fairies living underground.[37]

Not a thing that I can think of Giaour................don't remember anything being possessed besides people in the Bible, but evidently the demons have moved on to plastic gnomes and pictures of Elvis. I never did say that demons inhabit gnomes etc but its what they represent, denomic manifestations, also you can have a bad curse kind of thing placed on inaminate objects, Demons are free to roam, so buildings are technically posessed with Ghosts, etc. evil objects will emit evil atmosphere.
-
UNless it has been used for voodoo or you know something we dont and Elvis is a demon then .,..um NO!

That is good, but dont become too paranoid, as that is another trick of satan, to make us obsessed about being religous etc, things like crystals are beautiful creations , but just be aware of what any crystal history is. looking at tapes again, we all have cassette tape, nothing evil in it on its own but it is just one of any object that can be used , err on side of caution is good, but not to extent of paranioa!
-
so..... we should throw out all our knives, ropes, and such? not at all, I am not imply that, I am simply saying that we maybe in possession of an item that has been used for say human sacrifice 200 years ago and still has something nasty associated with it, I did say its easy to get paranoid and throw everything out. It is very unlikely all of us will be in such possession of an item, but some people maybe.

Introduction We all have things within our homes that we know off and some that are hidden from us, long forgotten or its history unknown. Just how many of those things are honouring to God? How man of these things are as innocent as they seem, they could well be harboring bad spirits by creating a bad atmosphere and creating disharmony within the home. Here are my thoughts as to what we posses in our home, how we perceive them and what God most likely thinks of them. Satan's Perversion of Gods Creation for Evil Anything can be used for an evil purpose or be incorporated into occult ceremonies or spell casting. For example spells are often recorded on to a cassette tape, the tape is then spooled off and wrapped around objects, anchored to bottom of streams etc or simply left in certain places. This doesn’t mean that we should all get rid of every cassette tape and claim its “off satan” Indeed it is easy to become paranoid about such things and go way over the top and obsessive, which is in itself not healthy for us, for example banning anyone from entering the house who wears jewellery in case they have one of dozens of type of crystal that is used in new age healing. Who created crystals in first place? Well obviously God did. Man and Satan have simply taken a perfect creation and used it for their perversion and evil. Just because Satan has decided to fool man into using certain objects for evil, dose not mean we can also enjoy these objects for the purpose they were intended. There is nothing wrong with us from going out and digging up bucket loads of crystals and minerals and displaying them in our homes, or buying them from a specialist mineral and rock shop. However we may run into problems if we just buy crystals etc from any old source as we have no way of knowing what they were used for, if their use was for satanic purposes, such as healing, they most likely come with a “bad spirit” . These can of course be spiritually cleaned and polished and cleansed from their bad past, but for most of us it will be best to err on side of caution and just to leave well alone. DO You Know What Is Actually Hidden Or Coming Into Your Home? It is possible that you could have other objects that are not so obvious as having been used for satanic uses as all manner of things can be used, rope, knives etc quite often a Christian household can experience trouble and turmoil simply because of the bad spirits connected to an object that has been bought unwittingly into the home. Prayer and seeking out items is then obviously a good route to take. When my mother became a Christian and my father left us there were problems and disharmony eventually this was tracked down to a crystal ball that my grandmother used for fortune telling. It was amongst her possession that my father horded in the house when she died, removing that object changed the harmony of the home. Another type of object entering the home can be something simple like a leaflet or flyer being put in your mailbox/ through door. If it is to do with occult or satanic practices, such as spiritual healing then again it could have some bad spirit about it, even ripping it up and putting it in bin can still generate a negative discord in the home. Demonic Origins. So far we have looked at individual objects that, when they were created are pure and harmless, but have since been perverted and tarnished by Satan through satanic practices. However what about objects that are an abomination to the sight of God regardless of when they were created and what they are made out of and in what images they take on. These objects are demonic objects. These objects can be of any form, be they statues, pictures, ornaments etc but they all are objects that are an abomination in Gods sight and dishonour God. False Gods SO what items can we have that are so terrible? Well we all should know about false gods and goddesses, this is a good place to start. A false god is a false god no matter what form it takes. Greeks and Romans had a number of pretty beautiful and amazing gods, one of the most famous we all can identity is Eros also known as Cupid to the Romans. There are a plethora of pictures and statues of Eros and it isn’t that difficult to obtain a statue of this cute little chap with wings and his bow and arrow, however this is a god and was worshiped, doesn’t matter that thousands of years have gone by, to our living God and creator of the universe time is same as it is now as it was at dawn of time, this statue or image is still a false god brought into the world by Satan to deceive man, it is still an abomination before God. Another popular figure people own are Buddha’s some are comical looking and brought back from the far East as a souvenir, but again they are false gods, how do you know the more genuine ones also do not come with a bad spirit? There are plenty of others, but we don’t need to go through those as you should get the idea from above two examples. Demonic Creatures and Entities or Inventions Of Satan From very early in mans history, one of Satans battle plans to draw mankind from God and the true spiritual battle was to offer a number alternative realms and entities that inhabit them. Introduction To Some Creatures. Fairies Subclass Leperauchan, Dullahan, Pooka, Changeling's, Grogoch, Banshee and Merrow The origins of these creatures have been lost in time, there are a number of theories such as this is a separate race of beings who were driven into hiding when man took over the world. However we do see countless stories of them turning up in medieval times and by a huge number of names across the globe. Fairies were popularised and made into cute pretty young maidens, however many cultures a fairy is not exactly pretty and can be hideously ugly. Some cultures say that fairies are quite simply the dead roaming the earth looking for souls to take. Many places in Ireland still hold strong to beliefs that fairies exist, such as Leprechauns, and Banshees.. Someone having bad luck or disharmony in the home often looks to remove a bad fairy from with their home. Offerings for another type of fairy are left after harvest. Fairies are able to predict the future and cast spells. Gnome/Dwarf/Goblin The name of these elemental beings vary from country to country and again have been with us for as long as written records exist, another lost race of beings or of a supernatural type that inhabit the very bowls of the earth. Elves A race of small people that belonged to ancient European gods and goddesses. These creatures inhabit woodland and water and underground often thought of as being immortal, able to cast spells etc. What’s the Big Deal? Fiction over the years, indeed over the centuries, take Shakespeare midsummer’s night dream for example, have made most of these popular and acceptable, people love the images of pretty young girls and beautiful women with wings who sit in flowers having fun. If these were simply stories and manipulated by Satan, then maybe it wouldn’t be so bad, However these stories have all come about from the original belief in that these creatures are real to start with. Long before the stories people were sighting and speaking to these creatures. Whole communities would be in fear of these creatures. People seek out these creatures and believe them to be real and inhabit the after life and other realms. Some most famous people are noted to have consorted with such beings who gave them their fame, such as Stevenson who wrote Treasure Island, He claims all his stories were given to him by fairies. The Origins and true intentions The Origins of All these creatures are not from the imagination of man, but as demonic manifestations who went out and made themselves known to man to deceive them and even make them live in fear under their rule. There are places around the world today that are still held under these demonic powers . A cute plastic ornament of a little cheeky chap with red hat and fishing rod may seem like harmless fun as a pretty looking female with wings,, but as we have seen, this is actually an image of a demonic manifestation. Again I say had these been part of mans invention, then we simply can claim Satan is perverting them, however it is the reverse, Man is copying a demon and buying into an invention of Satan. Obviously then this is a total blasphemy and abomination to God. Do you still want one? Well nothing to stop you that’s free will. But can you be certain God will not mention it when judgment comes? Ghosts and Apparitions Yet another satanic invention, Ghosts are simply demons playing at taking on the identity of the dead, again designed to take mans attention and mind away from the truth and God. Look how many spiritualists etc there are and how many people who believe they have seen and even spoken to ghosts of people they know. Is it right to have any images to do with Ghosts? Of course not, so why do we have images and play things etc of such things in our homes? I think that’s enough to discuss. Lets keep it civil and remember that we all have free wills and can do what we like, if someone wants to do something that is up to them.

I am absolutely amazed and disgusted by some of the comments I am reading on here... People who are Spiritually dead and those who practice religion, will love to argue these things over and over, quite simply because they do not have the Holy Spirit within them, everything has to be proved and argued in a scientific and intellectual way, quite often this is where man becomes derailed as leaving God and Faith out of the equation results in wrong conclusions. It is quite obvious which are real events, those you speak of , 6 day creation, the flood etc, all happened, The Bible tells things straight and to the point. Some places, especially when the prophets are speaking of their visions etc, then yes it can get a bit weird and these are obviously metaphorical, a person living 4,000 years in the past trying to describe modern world we live in today etc. the Parables are stories Jesus told, it is obvious that Jesus is telling them. It really isn

Exactly. how God protects us from demons and so on in this world and the spiritual realm is varied and somthing we shouldnt concern ourselves with, just rejoice in the knowledge tha God does protect us and we have the victory, power and authority over Satan and his horde. Worrying about what armour is the greatest is wrong, God is our armour, sword and shield. If we start to wonder about which thing we do has most effect for protection we are then playing into hands of satan and starting to become Pagan spell casters. OOOO LETs all recite such and such becuase a demon said it hurt them the most... WRONG WRONG WRONG That fire that was mentioed was put in place by GOd. I heard a wonderful account of how a missionary thought he was going to die, he sat waiting patiently on his porch for the tribe to attack, the sun rose in wonderful dawn. he went to see the Tribes leader and he said how they came to kill him, but his hut was sourounded by a huge army of giant beings bathed in light and it left them all scared and they fled. Certainly though Fire is what God is... Gods manifestation on earth is Always as fire, burning bush etc. Finally all non beleivers and satan etc will be cast into the lake of fire In short, do not concern yourself over what happens in spiritual realm, just set your eyes and heart on the Lord and do his will, If you do these things you will be automatically protected. Yea though i walk through the valley of the shadow of death I shall fear no evil, for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
