Hey Billie, I jut read your thread, and you are doing so great. Wanted to give everyone heads up on the grilled chicken at McDonalds. It is better than the fried, but not that low in calories. It is not really "grilled". They put some kind of butter sauce down on the griddle (same griddle used to cook all the burgers) and then they put the chicken down. Not sure what is in that sauce, but I am sure it is not healthy. I work at McDonalds and have my lunches there everyday. Not really anything healthy on the menu, so I try to keep as busy as possible so I can burn some of it off, and watch what I eat the rest of the day. I do not think I have lost anything since I been working there, but I do not think I have gained any either. Keep up the good work, will be checking back to see how you are doing and how much you are losing. You are an inspiration to many. God Bless you!

This was over 2 years ago, is there any updates on it. For all we know by now they could have had it overturned and be out. This happened in 2003 and on the bottom is has the number of people who have viewed the site since June 2004. But I see no new updates on the page. Just wondering....

I could not imagine how both sisters felt that night when Leah was brought to him, and not Rachel. Leah going, knowing that she was not the one whom he wanted, and Rachel had to sit back while her sister was with the man she was to be with, wow, talk about reasons for sister rivalry!!!

I was just down in Amish country last week to go to the Sights and Sounds Story of Ruth production. This is so sad to hear. Why would someone target them. They do not harm to anyone. God bless them and help them through this tragedy.

So do I, and the other day on pogo, it hit an ultimate low for me when someone put an f in front of the g. Now they sensor swearing, but people always find a way to get it in there. This disturbed me so much, I ended up leaving the room and going to another room in the middle of a game. It is absolutely disgusting. What came to my mind right away was "Forgive them Lord, for they know now what they do." But sometimes I wonder if they do and just do not care. It just makes me cringe.

Actually she is his half sister, they share the same father, but different mothers, so they are still blood related. Seems things like this happened a lot in the beginning, but then it would have to be that way, till the population increased.

I agree with you Lady G. I have teen-agers coming to my house that do not even know the meaning of the word respect. They even call their parents names to their faces. Mine tried that, but I put a stop to it real fast. As far as the road rage goes, I have seen to much of that also. If people would leave their houses early enough to get where they are going they would not have to get so mad. There is such a lack of respect and integrity in this world now adays. When I was young I did not talk back to my parents, if they said jump, we jumped, might not have done it with a smile on our faces, but we knew better than to talk back. But then how are kids supposed to learn respect if parents do not show it to others???????

I agree, quite the negotiator, but I think he really believed in what he was asking for, or would not have been able to. He was talking to the Lord, can you imagine how powerful that must have been. I mean we talk to Him in prayer, but to have Him right there. Amazing!!!!!

It can get so complicated when it comes to all the names of the kings and where they are from. But when it gets to what is really happening it is easier. I am just glad I do not have to take a test on the kings and where they came from. Was never good at that part. Thanks again for this thread. I am enjoying it so much and learning so much from it. I just had a quick question. I have been doing some of the studies, and the daily bible read, as well as going to certain threads on a regular basis, is there a way to save favorite threads on worthy and keep going back to them without having to navigate from one to the other. I know I can save them on my favorites on my computer but it would be easier if I could do this with the Worthy site. Is it possible, and if not, is there a way maybe to make it possible????????
