Sweety Cakes, Many people believe that there will be a great ,THE ANTICHRIST. Consider what the Bible says about antichrists, 1John 2:18-22, 1John 4:2,3, 2John 7. These are the only places in the Bible where the name antichrist is written. Notice it says there are MANY antichrists, even in the first century. If there were many then there are many more now. An antichrist is anyone who denys Christ of tries to hinder the work of the Christ. Satan is an antichrist!! False teachers are antichrists. The Man of Lawlessness is an antichrist, 2Thes 2:3,4. That is largely my point...there have been, and are, so many 'antichrists'. Yet I know that the bible talks about a certain person....the 'man of sin', who will take prominence at some time, and will be the embodiment of evil, as Christ was the embodiment of good.....hence the name 'AntiChrist'. But there are just so many contenders out there, that we don't yet have enough evidence to point to just one man as being 'this' man. A cursory search of the internet will point to a great many people, or heads of state, to fill this role. Maybe we won't know who this 'son of perdition' is, until after the rapture? (pre-trib, I know ) I've studied this subject for about 26 years, and am none the wiser Greetings, Look to the current Pope, for he speaks as the for-runner as John the Baptist did for Christ, for the pope yet to come. If you listen to or read the sermons or words he speaks to the people, he speaks with that antichrist spirit, denying the power of the Lord Jesus Christ and pointing to a man as the new leader, with authority and in unity as "one world church". John 17:12 12: While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled. Phil 1:28 28: And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God. 2 Thess 2:3 3: Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 1Tim 6:9 9: But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. Heb 10:39 39: But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul. 2 Peter 3:7 7: But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. Rev 17:8 & 11 8: The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is. 11: And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. I believe perdition is judgment and hell. Satan, with his antichrist doctrine, came out of perdition and he and his antichrist doctrine, will return unto perdition. Satan is the antichrist spirit. We found him in the beginning as the serpent in the garden, in Jezebel against Elijah/God, in Judas against Christ, the Romans against the Christians(the dark ages), in Nazi Germany against the Jews/God, and in the religious coming against the righteous until the end of the age. It is very important that we are aware of all that show forth the antichrist spirit. Most importantly, Satan seeks to war against, (through a man with much authority), the True Church of Jesus Christ to destroy them. A person who is truly filled with the Spirit if Christ, their life is no longer their own. They become a servant of Christ and He uses us according to his will. In doing so, in these personal experiences with Christ, we begin to know him and in knowing him, we know he exists. I am new here and don't mind giving scripture for this topic. I am a woman, and I know the scripture tells me to be silent in the churches, If I have a question, I am to ask of my husband, and I do. I Corinthians 14:34-35 34: Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. 35: And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church. If a woman has no husband, then the pastor is her authority and she is to ask him in private. Verse 35 tells us it is a shame for a woman to speak in a church, therefore, she cannot become a pastor or preacher, ect. 1 Timothy 2:11-12 11: Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. 12: But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. This scripture also shows that a woman is to learn in silence in subjection to authority(husband, pastor, Christ). Also a woman must not teach the Word of God(pastor, preacher etc.), for if she does, she becomes the authority over men, and this is not allowed according to the Word of God as in 1 Timothy. It was a sign of the covenant between His people and God a sign of seperation unto God. OC Yes, and this was of the natural, the outward covenant. The spiritual aspect was a circumcision of the heart, that our heart was changed to be a heart toward God as in Romans 2:29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God. The anti-christ will set his throne up in rome. The first 31/2 year has already happened with Jesus Christ being rejected by the Jews. The second 3/12, for the seven promised to the Jews, is still yet to come when the two witnesses go to Irael to speak the Word in Revelations 11:3-13. Blessings, LisabethforChrist

Why didn't the Jews believe Jesus was the Christ? First read Isaiah 53:1-12. It is a prophesy telling of the coming of Jesus. It tells of how they would not receive him, how he would be despised and rejected by men. Also John 1:11 He came unto his own and his own received him not. John 12:37-43 But he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him: That the saying of Esaias the prophet (from Isaiah 53) might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? And to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed? Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again, HE HATH BLINDED THEIR EYES, AND HARDENED THEIR HEART; THAT THEY SHOULD NOT SEE WITH THEIR EYES, NOR UNDERSTAND WITH THEIR HEART, AND BE CONVERTED, AND I SHOULD HEAL THEM These things said Esaias, when he saw his glory, and spake of him. Nevertheless among the chief rulers also many believed on him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confess him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue: For they loved the praise of men more that the praise of God. ~These words had to be fullfilled that Christ would be crucified. The Jews were blinded that they could not receive Jesus as the Christ. Then the word would go unto the Gentiles that he may become our Saviour. In Rev. 11:3-13 At the time the two witnesses go to Israel they will testify of the True Word of Christ to the Jews, the 144,000, at this time, they will receive Jesus as the Christ. I have given one true prophecy as well as one false prophecy. What happened to me in the "Good vs Evil" fulltime study I was put in {approx 1st 5 months mostly natural, Holy Bible intense study then last 13 both 100% Supernatural and maybe 50% natural. Yes-correct. Total more than 100%} was Impossible. The Scriptures [all of them from Genesis 1:1 to Revelation 22:21] failed. Reality was gone. Before this study people told me I was way too fundamental, too much Holy Bible. When the Supernatural started was like a freight train coming right at me. The devil hurt me in ways that is past describing/sharing. The impossible was explained to me via 1John 4:2 a year or so later. A part of a verse in 1 John that I cannot point out, because the total ramifications are unbearable but touches on your question. A 1John 4:3 spirit threatened me 5 years or so ago and I have been under 24/7 demonic attack since then. Vile and unbearable but must be borne. He keeps "me" going.I also have received supernatural punishment more than once for disobedience. The Holy Spirit is The Teacher. I am a pupil of The/our/my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, The Son of The only True God The Father. Thought I was a believer, but learned what belief really meant--consider carefully all of Hebrews 5. Heart of Gospel to me:Christ Jesus and Him Crucified for the sins of the world/kosmos/Universe. After dying multiple billions of times on the Cross and taking the wrath of God The Father for every sin of every sinnable creature past-present-future[time till End of This Age], He descended into Hell. "My God, My God, why hast thou forsaken me?". ... Eph 3:19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. ...
