Living and being raised up in kentucky and listen to the elders tell of the old time churches that had slab benches to set on and coal oil lamps hung on the wall so folks could see..nothing back then was fancy and folks never dress so great they wore what they had to wear. no one went to be seen or see somebody they went for one purpose and that was to worship God, most old time preacher has one or two suits if he was lucky enought to afford them... churches back then never had flush carpet and benches that set so confortable that someone would go to sleep during preaching service.. The church was plain and the people just as plain, and they were all common( no big I and little you) it seem to be a good place to be and they taught love and forgivness and the preacher would preach against folks dieing and going to hell..and people would get excited and say a big amen, those days are gone now, most church are so modern and nice that you would not want to even attend less you was dressed fit to kill so to speak. Man seems to love to impress his own self with his building great church houses and the fancyer the better.. don't get me wrong i am not preaching against nice buildings or anything like that..what i am saying is that somehow man has got to big for his trousers .. I do know this that man cannot impress God no matter how nice his church looks, because God don't take notes on how pretty the building is that folks come to worhsip him in... what he takes notes on is man and woman hearts, how are the hearts of men and woman that come to worship God .. it don't matter where a man worships God what matter is does he worship is the question..? when i was a young boy i walked two miles to attend the little country church in our neck of the woods, it was fun going to church walking along , somtime singing a hymm as we all walk on the old dirt road that lead to our liltte church house, i The little church was white with lots of big tall windows, and our minister had a bald head and sometime the waspers would try and use his head for a landing pad while he would be preaching and us younger kids would get tickled watching the preacher swat and waspers, I never attented a fancy big church with carpet till i was a full grown man and that was when i was in the Army.. our church had a big pot bellied heating stove that burn coal, and it never has running water , and it had a outside toilet.. but we mananged to worship right fine,, we never had airconditioners , they furnished fans... the hand type fan was used in church for sweating folks, i sure miss those wonderful days when things were plain and common and simple....but times has made a change in all things, now folks take for granted their nice church house, where there is running water and airconditioners, and fancy lighting, yes things have sure changed from back them , but i wonder at times if things have changed for the better for mankind...

would it be a fact that people don't take the lord word serious,? they think they can be a good Christian and keep the old habit of sinful things.. staying away from worldly things, like nasty tv shows and movies and bars and any place that would be sinful, anything that the lord Jesus Christ would reframe from doing his followers should do likewise,'but man what the cake and eat it to so to speak, he wants to do his own thing, and leave God rules and regulations out of the picture.. It a known fact that people will make light of the rules of the lord' they will tell you point blank that they are going to live their lives as they see fit, But we that are saved are not suppose to be our own anymore, because we were bought with the price of Blood of the lord Jesus Christ'' No body will grow in the lord less they allow the lord to use them in his will ,unfaithful people will not accomplish anything, they are like clouds without rain ... when a man get saved his become a new creature he is suppose to put away the old ways of his life and take up God way in his or her life.. when people totally summit theirselves to the lord then things will happen they can get their prayers answered " they will find peace and joy within there service, and no good things will be withheld from them because they are doing their best to be faithful with all their strength..What some people don't understand there is no middle ground with the lord, you either on his side or against him all togather .. we are not to put on a act as protraying a Christian , but we are to be real not fonies... how do we stay separted with the world , first off not letting the world get us into its evil grip. not letting cares and stressors of this life get us down spirtually. we are to stay clear of evil.. not doing things that are worldly ..not going along with the crowd when the crowd is wrong... some people will agree about anything if its right or wrong in make no difference to them, they will raise the flag for about anything never sorting out wheather is evil or good...how about you my friend how do you really stand with God do you stand in the world or do you stand for the God and his separted people? this question will only be answered by you...you might take what i have written as trash but i will stand on the word of the Gospel to be a pleaser of God rather than a pleaser of men...

there is merit in what you say. however, gossip doesnt snuff out a life. nor does it spread diseases. a sin is a sin in God's eyes, but different sins have different consequences. the consequences of gossip may or may not be great. but the consequences of abortion and homosexuality are great--to individuals and to this nation. therein lies the difference. and i know people who dont gossip, but they dont go around proclaiming the badness of it. why? not because they are free from that contamination, but because its not a worthy cause to fight for. there are a lot of people who have had abortions who proclaim the sinfulness of it. there are people coming out of homosexuality, who know very well that there is a danger of them falling back into it, who proclaim the evils thereof. we pick our battles, yes. but i dont think we all pick our battles based on what we're innocent of. there are some things "we" dont talk about, yes. and we're all guilty of it. but abortion and homosexuality are things that have huge consequences and have a huge impact on our nation. to say the only reason we fight this battle is because we're not guilty of the sin, is, i think, doing a great disservice to a lot of christians. one thing we will have to admit, the sin of homosexual acts those that was found doing such things as man laying with men those people were put to death, in the early days of the old testiment laws of God , those having sex with beast were also put to death...

Even tho King David was quoted as a man after God own heart..his sin took him farther than he wanted to go and kept him there longer that he wanted to stay.. After he sinned what he has sown begin growing, his kingdom become divided and members of his own family turned against him, even the most noble of men can fall by the way side and let the carnal flesh interfear with their walk with God, David sin brought him many woes and sorrows , a moment of fleshly pleasure brought him grief and sorrows, what the flesh will do to quench the lust of man.., lession of life are learned hard ..something so temporal as a moment of bliss turned into sorrows grief and woes..if a man cannot control his lust that it consume him , he will find his lot with the wicked and cast his blessings and trade them for sorrows and burdens ..yes it true a man reaps what he has sown if he has sown good he will reap good if he has sown wickness he will reap wickness..let each of us look at the price that David paid for letting his carnal crave get the better of him..we are convinced that God is not the respector of any man person but deals with all men the same, because he is a just and honest God , blessing the rich and the poor all alike. God had to chastise David to bring him back the the glory of the lord and to forgive his sins and clean him back up for the service of the lord..David like so many of us paid a terriable price and a terriable lose losing his son...for life has many hard lessions for all of us in the way of men...man has so many weakness in his life, it would take a large writing tablet to write them all down with pen...it is good that God is a gracious God that he understands men frailities...

maybe i am fixing on getting into a deep sugject,..how can a woman love another woman? this question has haunted my mind , knowing this in my understanding to me this is so unatural and unbecoming of such and event in someone life.. being a man and looking at it from a man standpoint i am confused on this and are wondering why woman would chose the same sex, and likewise men leaving the natural use of the woman and burning in a lustful desire for man.. not a woman.. do you think this is a right to do this or what ?, does this come as a natural things and how do you feel about your daughter does she in your views have this right to do this . are you pleased with her in choseing a woman as a her mate..just to think about having sex with the same sex is discusting and would be the most wicked things i could think of and vile to the maxium...this is how i feel about it and some states are allowing same sex marriage, which i think will destroy the united states in the end.. The word love is spoken a lot among folks and especially among folks of the faith of the lord Jesus Christ.. we know that Christ loves us we who are saved knows that well, but did you ever wonder just how many people really and truely loves you in earnest...my wife claim she loves me.. but could she live with me thirty seven years and all the while really not love me ?l, but just claim to me she does, something to think about right..let think on a few thing that would lead us to think .. that people loves us from the true earnest heart .. first off probady someone that stays faithful threw the good times and the bad time and keep on the same side , and accepts us as we are ugly pretty poor or rich...they would be a pretty good guess that someone with that compassion would love us.. saying i love you is so easy to claim but love is a real thing when is from the deepest of the heart... is so important for us to not only tell folks we love them but to really love them from the depts of our heart... you can buy a lot of things at walmark but they don't sale love..it cannot be purshased with money, but some people trys to buy people love , but that never work at all...my father was a good christian man but not once did he express that he love me. he never had to because i knew him and mother love me and all of us kids , because of the way they treated all of us bringing us up and feeding us and taking care of us prove that they love everone one of us, and the two never had to openly say they love us.. people of the mountain express love in other way that telling people , they show love by deeds and kindness, which is ok.. there is noting wrong in expressing to someone that you love them.. In my opinion of people that have never been saved, that they could even understand love less they come to know Jesus Christ who showed us how to love and also put love inside each our hearts. that just my opinion ok... most everone i know will not come out openly and confess their faults, this seem, to be the weak point in all of us, some people want ever admit that they have any faults, but i am convinced that ever person alive has many faults .. some people would be to proud to admit that they have faults.. this would be a discretic to their person, admitting our shortcoming . we might ask why would God tell us to confess our faults to each other? well first off when we speak our faults this makes us more consious to our faults and then maybe we can threw confessing them to a brother , and then with their prayers and support in knowing our faults that both people could draw strength from a brother or sister faults by praying for each .. nevertheless God word alway has a good reason for commanding us to do certain things, maybe you have never look into the value of confessing faults, think about this when was the last time you heared someone actually admit some fault that they have and they admited openly that they was weak and faultly in some area.. I would guess that this command of the lord word is less practiced in about all the command of the word of God, because like i said most people are too proud to confess their faults.. I know that everthing God tell us in the Bible to do there has to be a good purpose behind it. all my life i have looked closely at my faults, some i have fixed and some i still need work on .. and if you would set down and list your faults you better get a notebook of paper because you going to need one. Did you know that not being friendly could be listed as a fault? being harsh to a love one returning a answer to a question they have asked nicely.. not being polite...is a fault ..being unwilling to listen when the preacher is preaching is a fault...saying you will pray for a brother or sisters needs and not performing it is a fault...not interested in someone testimony in church or ever caring about what they said is a fault...not encoraging the pastor and bragging on his sermons, is a fault... letting vuglar word slip from the mouth when you mash your finger.. faults are everwhere in human kind,.. it good that God gives us direction in confessing our fault .. but most important of all is confessing our sins to our lord and asking him to heal our faults and shortcoming...

what is man problem with God? man in question not all men but some men don't want to act knowledge God.. and here is why they don't.. because God demands good things from men, a little effort on man part, and that goes against man.. man in general has a natural rebellion against God.. man nature is selfcentered toward his wants and needs,and man don't want God or anyone else telling him what to do... it is easy to just do what pleases each of our moods but the challenge of having to do something directed at good goes most generally against man.. the thought of having not have control of oneself . but letting another control your thought and deeds just don't set well with the human carnal nature of man.. man come by this honest tho, The lord word said blunty that the flesh is weak in man.. his lustful desires usually gives over to his will and not Gods. he can only lick this problem with constent prayer and summision to God.. his flesh is never willing , but he must go against his own flesh to please God.. he must deny his lust his carnal desires and fight against himself.. and believe me this can really be a conflict.. and a hard one.. letting the flesh be ruled by God and not rule by man. but it can be acomplished with meditation constent reverence to God and his will not ours.. God put us in control of our action and thoughts we can do good or we can do evil , its as simple as that ...but i will close with this man is and unrulely creature.. but he has the potential to do God will as well as evil if he so choses...

Today we find that man in general is a very complex creature. it hard to establish man with the facts of God and him being the master of all life and the universe . Common sense should tell us all that good and evil does excist, and hate and love and all the other emotions that are common to mankind.. During my tour in south Korea i had the opertunity to visit a budda temple, upon getting to see them worship the figure of Budda they surround the dead idol with all kinds of fruits and each of them were drunken on rice wine, being raised up in the backwoods of kentucky and taught of the surpreme almighty God ..it never took me long to see just how foolish man can be in his choise of his God. i stood their on that mountain watching these koreans carrying on something awful with the lauguage that i could not understand.. Man will worship something this is eveident..his quest to find the true God and if he cannot find God he will make his God from and idol.. It is a known fact that most ectheist will stand on his unbelife , he has settled in his mind and stamp it and he is totally convinced that God don"t excist...he is very settled in his none understanding and would love within his power to get the whole world of people to join him in his folly... Your starting off with the wrong understanding of God's foreknowledge which is why you're having difficulty in reconciling the second part of your statement. What makes you think that God knows something that does not exist or is not knowable? When we humans were not even a thought in God's own mind how can you think that God knew man's decision to rebel? That makes absolutely no sense. are you saying that God did not know before hand that man would sin or what? the foreknowledge of God knew that man would sin in the Garden or Eden..wonder why he later repented that he has made man...when he new before had he would become a sinner..just a thought if anyone has any things that might shed some light on this?

down there the years of my life i have found many unanswered questions, its hard for us as human being to grasps the answers to all our wondering, if you are not very careful you will let questions like this hurt your faith in God, God is all knowing and reads the minds of billions of people, one place in the Bible we find God repenting that he had made man.. and one would wonder like you wonder if he knew beforehead that man would be a failer then why did he proceed to make man and then say i am sorry that i done it, i know this don't make much sense to us as humans, asking these question is sometime good but most often it bad, listen close we have really no right to ask these questions, because God knows the answers to all of them but has not revealed them to man , and i am sure he has a good reason, We read that God is a just God and all knowing God , he is pure, and good to the devine purpose ..so i am thinking leave all these question alone go on and enjoys this God who is good and just, and he is a rewarder of those that follow his will, Draw near to God and he will draw near to you.. this question you ask don't let it interfear with you faith just say to yourself if God has wanted me to know the answer he would have told me, i hope this has give you some light on God and his ways .. recall his ways are not mans ways and his thought are not man thoughts becasue he is the all mighty God .. and he expect to be worshipped in spirit and in truths.
