At only 16 he was so wise, so loving, and so incredibly awesome to be around. His dad asked me to write a song about what Sam had taught me and play it at the funeral. Sam taught me the ropes at church and directed me to exactly where I needed to be. I'm sure God brought him into my life for a specific purpose and though I do not know what is......nor do I know the reason He took him so early in life, at only 16; it was an honor to know Sam and be blessed by his presence. Just thought I'd share the song ..... maybe it will help someone else out... maybe not.... but with one of my talents being writing songs and music.. it only seemed fitting to share......
