Were we a monarchy then? He only did this, because he no longer has a fillibuster proof senate. He knows what kind of battle he will have to get these people appointed. He fought the Republicans for over a year, just to get healthcare passed. Obama is a coward, we should expect to see more cowardly executive edicts from him in the near future. On a side note, I have never seen a President antagonize the American people like he did after he signed healthcare into law.
