I rarely read any posts by knowing Christians on Worthy that claim good works can get them salvation. Apparently you must run into it a lot - I don't see true believing Christians buying into that here or in my life either.

First of all you can't it has to be the Holy Ghost that reveals it to them. Some people will never get it. It is not your job to convince them. It is your job to love them and pray. God still accepts them. Joesph Prince has a good message on Grace. He talks about supple and demand if you are under demand you are under the law. Supply is grace. there is an endless supply of Grace.

Hello everyone

Here is another Scripture, that clearly teaches that man is not saved by “good works”.....

Titus 3:5

Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

Although righteousness is important, “after a person gets saved”, it is absolutely worthless, before salvation!

(What I mean by “worthless”, is the fact that you could be the most righteous person on the face of the earth, but you would still die and go to hell, without the free gift of salvation, that is found in Jesus alone!)
