Apparently he already got authorization from his congress in 2009 to pursue this objective, why he waited so long to begin this is beyond me. LRA is brutal and vicious, and doesn't descriminate against who it kills and brutalizes. As far as obamination is concerned I don't trust him in any way shape or form to do what is right and good. He just isn't that sort of person.
