To make the soup safer for those who might choke on it, sprinkle the cheese on without melting it. Don't have Habanero Sauce? I think I would have to agree with you, that Omegaman was looking a little transparent, it has to be the lack of {Where's The Beef} in his soup. I would also like to know if I could toss in a couple oz of Mongolian Fire Oil, to kick it up a little. Ofcourse you could also toss some Kim Chee, in there. The sauce I used to use had a warning about giving it to animals, children or people with heart conditions, and it was only rated at 250,000 scoville units. The stuff you are showing is rated at 1.5 million, which is hot indeed.
