Guest shiloh357
Different scenarios yes, but that is irrelavent. Military commanders thought the same thing in Vietnam, and we ended up losing the war because we did not understand the nature of the enemy. Different scenarios need to be treated differently. To say otherwise shows a lack of foresight and a lack of knowledge of the people you are fighting. And Israel has no won their "war" yet either. They are still fighting. 20 years later and they are still fighting. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> They may not have stopped terrorism altogether, but Israel is winning their war. They have successfully smashed the intifada and have the terrorists on the run. The terrorist leadership and networks around Israel are still in disarray. The scenarios are different only in the reason we are fighting terrorists and the Israelis are fighting terrorists. It is the tactics that determine the response. The fighters in Fallujah and elswhere in Iraq are fighting from the Arafat terrorist handbook. They are using exact same tactics on our troops that the Hamas uses on Israel. We understand the nature of our enemy, are neutralizing them accordingly.

We will not have peace in this world until Jesus returns. It took a long time for me to accept that, but it's true. No Jesus... No Peace. The world may be falling down around us but as long as we always have that peace that Jesus gives us we always have a place to run. Love and Blessings, Angel Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. <> John 14:
