Simply believe that Christ is your Rest (Mt 11:28-30). 2. Focus intensely on that which is positive and good (Phil 4:6-9) 3. Look for unconfessed sin that you may have. Secrets make us spiritually sick. Confess to someone you can have confidence in and make sure they pray for your healing.
