We stall when that is said, because we have already defined our physicality, and we expect God to be beyond that. True, but our concepts of what is real and physical and tangible are placed above the Lord, while we typically assume that the spiritual is etherical, ghostly, the wind, puffs of cloud etc.So in order of strength, power, durability and physicality, God is first, then the powers by which He creates such as the Light, then matter last, which is an effect created by all of the above. But fallen man thinks of himself and his world as central in intelligence, material diversity, and order of existence etc. It is this delusion which has prevented further discovery into the true nature of our universe. Man is less than a puff of air compared to God.The Light by which God created is not Himself, but something which comes from Him. The Bible makes it clear that, the light is a result of the spoken word of God, and that He used this light within creation to produce materials as we experience, including natural electromagnetic waves. Yet the Light which He proclaims Himself to be, shines throughout the universe, it maintains and animates all of creation. Remember this Light is also the Light of Life, and Love or God. So we could say that we are living by the power of Love and that the universe is built and upheld by Love. When the believer receives and reciprocates the love of God, they are connected to the eternal life of Jesus, and as He said they become full of light, not visible to us yet, but in the next life we will see it... God and Christ are uncreated light, therefore God could speak light into existence. Too bad Einstein's genius failed him in this very simple matter.
