John even tells us to try the spirits, or judge them, as to whether they are of God, I John 4:1.Jesus said: Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment. John 7:24 Christian are always to be fruit inspectors that is does this person bear the signs of the Fruit of the Spirit.
