I read this article today about how franklin graham says Christians should get away from the girl scouts too because of their policies and beliefs. http://www.cnsnews.com/blog/michael-w-chapman/rev-graham-i-wont-be-buying-any-girl-scout-cookies-year

There are a couple of companies that I do boycott. Will not buy their stuff. The Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts is just one of them.

I see your point but on the other hand this is something dealing with children and what they are exposed to. its an offense to God and the youth and this country. Its a way for morality to be further diluted. The girls scouts have adopted the policy that they will accept anyone who is "living life as a girl" No christian should give them one penny nor should we have the need of a preacher to tell us not to. This should be academic. To fund them is to support a non profit organization further decaying society. The Krogers down the street excepts anyone in a similar manner, should I not give them one penny either?

I will not shop at Macy's, and my objection is that they will allow men who claim to feel female to use the women's dressing rooms. That allows a predator to gain access to women and children. The same goes for men's dressing rooms. I won't boycott Krogers. There was once a time IBM had a policy that if a employee cashed their paycheck at a bar, it was a firing offense. IBM was concerned about workers who spent their paycheck on booze rather then caring for their family. IBM no longer restricts where an employee can cash their paycheck. My point is, every person needs a job. That person might be a drunkard, a adulterer, or a divorcee, or any of a long list of sins, but they still need a job. Company policy should not be dangerous. There are many stores out there, plus stores on the internet. However, refusing to do business or donate to an organization is a moral personal decision. On all sides. If a gay/lesbian chooses not to do business with a fundamental Christian owned company, they have a right to choose to boycott a company like Chick Fill A (sp?). I can boycott a company which divests from Israel.

As is your right to do. I was just trying to point out the subjective nature of such things. Personally I feel such actions are counter productive as it makes the one boycotting look inconsistent because of whom they don't choose to boycott
