I was merely pointing out that Iraq has the capability of supplying its own people without any interference with the United States. The United States doesn't want to destroy the people of Iraq! Think about it, if they wanted to do so, then they could have easily done so when Iraq didn't have an army in the early 1990's. The thing they are trying to avoid is getting the other Arabs stirred up enough to go to war and that's why the US doesn't want Israel to attack Iraq. For Iraq to attack Israel would mean suicide for them. I don't think they are that stupid. I don't think Iraq is really a threat. America is anticipating that they could become a threat someday if they were to aquire nuclear weapons so they want to take him out before he becomes a threat because they can't get him under their control. Israel has the 4th most powerful military in the world and they are backed by the American superpower so Saddam would have to be nuts to go after Israel. The only way that would happen would be if he were under attack himself, then he might lash out but even then he would have to count the cost.
