All four of his/her posts are thinly-veiled sales pitches. No one has to purchase a "free" download. Either it's free or it isn't. Maybe I'm wrong, but this looks like a scam artist has borrowed the legitimate info of a tract publisher for the purpose of selling illegitimate photoshops.
