For those with the gift from the Holy Spirit of helps there is perhaps a very different capacity than is so for others with differing gifts. One person's full plate is another's side salad and yet another's sweet desert. My pastor used to lecture on the value of taking retreat, getting rest for the purpose of being refreshed. Then the group would make a big event out of a men's retreat or a woman's retreat time, which made for a lot of extra work for those of us that had to put the events together. One man's rest it seems is another's overtime assignment.
