These are anti-personnel mines. They are also mining bodies. This is a dangerous time for the EU. Russia is unlikely to stop at just Ukraine. Currently, Ukraine and Polish volunteers are blocking traffic to Belarus on the Polish/Belarus border. The EU needs to act on this cessation of goods to Russia via road. Hundreds of trucks are halted by Ukraine/Polish volunteers at borders between Poland and Belarus. Fire all your old (1970s) rockets to scare people and create havoc. Occasionally use a modern accurate rocket when you know there is a gathering of people. Import Syrian fighters to bolster the failing military that really have no experienced generals to guide them. Keep up the rhetoric and fake news of the old USSR flavor. That is a recipe for a failed war. Dismal strategic movements and with fuel and other essential running very low... this is Russia in 2022 Ukraine.
