There are 100s of thousands of indictments alone with photo evidence supporting them. The investigators from France and Slovakia and other countries are compiling criminal dossiers against individuals and many other groups of war criminals. Russia will have a lot to answer for regardless of who happens to be in charge. There are many thousands of people, including children, that have been sent to remote areas of Russia. Some of the corpses are so mutilated that only DNA evidence can identify them.
