Not normal informed folk. Where were the nazis in Chechen and Aleppo and Syria and Transnistria and Moldova and Geogia?? They still try to incite the Russian sympathizers there in Moldova in spite of the Russia/Moldova neutrality agreement. They have a few untrained troops in Moldova/Transnistria that do not want to fight. These troops have been steadily moving deeper into Moldovia. Incidentally, Russia still says it won the WWII single handedly. The never did give back or pay for the US lend lease agreement during WWII. They 'won' WWII using US arms and trucks and tanks and money. Russia has always lied and now wants the USSR to raise its ugly head once more. Russia has lost over 30% of its troops and resources in Ukraine (UK MoD). The army in Mariupol were ordered to mostly stand down as their mission had been completed. Russia might crow over the destroyed infrastructure there and with a few licks of paint have presented it to people back home, who do not want to know any better. They have 'succeeded' to de-nazify Ukraine. It is all nonsense and they do not have any resources left to do much else. Most of the missiles are of 1970-80s manufacture and inaccurate. They have plenty of shells, so they keep up their entirely unecessary bombardments on civilians. The Russians are indiscriminate killers and are already being held accountable in Ukrainian courts and the world courts. Russia has a very bleak future. She told the newspaper that Russian President Vladimir Putin was determined to create a “greater Russia” even though his invasion of Ukraine had failed to achieve quick success. Russia has called the invasion it launched on Feb. 24 a “special military operation” aimed at disarming Ukraine and ridding it off radical anti-Russian nationalists. Ukraine and its allies have dismissed this as a baseless pretext for war. Moldova, which borders Ukraine to the southwest, is not a member of the NATO alliance. Truss said talks were taking place to make sure that Moldova's defences could deter any future attack. “I would want to see Moldova equipped to NATO standard. This is a discussion we're having with our allies,” she told The Telegraph. “Putin has been absolutely clear about his ambitions to create a greater Russia. And just because his attempts to take Kyiv weren't successful doesn't mean he's abandoned those ambitions,” she said. If Truss's plans are adopted, NATO members would provide modern weaponry to Moldova, replacing its Soviet-era equipment, and will train soldiers on how to use it. Russia using old USSR era tanks with little protection and 1950s era missiles. Intelligence indicates that Russia is severely depleted in men and machines.
