ALL TAKE NOTE:

Moldova (non NATO) has closed its airspace since a Russian missile went over recently. It went within 23 miles of Romania (a NATO country)

At the meetings of NATO countries today, all members supporting Ukraine said they were having to increase production of ammunition for Ukraine. (and for themselves). Stocks are getting low.

Both Russia and Ukraine are running low on ammunition.

Jens said he "sees no sign of peace" coming from Russia and seemed anxious since Russia is stepping up its offensive.

It will not take very much to have NATO directly involved with the conflict.

If NATO gets involved then so will the USA and BRITAIN (boots on the ground).

In European countries, the Russian spy network continues to operate actively, said Andrii Cherniak, a representative of the military intelligence of Ukraine, in an interview with the Greek publication Iefimerida. This was stated in the message of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on Tuesday, February 14.

Cherniak noted that Russia is trying to influence public opinion and certain authoritative people in European countries with the help of its mass media. The aggressor country uses open propaganda mouthpieces like Russia Today and more covert methods of influence, the intelligence official said.

"There are cases when Russian-recruited foreign media journalists go to work with the sole purpose of talking to their colleagues in order to influence their opinion in favor of Russia. Recently, the Russian spy network has focused on neutralizing the supply routes of Western weapons provided to Ukraine by partners," Cherniak emphasized.

According to him, Europe is of interest to Russia as a "zone of influence", so if Ukraine is conquered, the aggressor will not stop and go further: "And we know that Putin had such plans before the invasion of Ukraine. Perhaps they have not changed even now," Cherniak noted.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on February 12, Polish President Andrzej Duda said that Russia could win the war if Ukraine does not receive aid very urgently.

In February, investigators revealed how Russia bribed officials in Europe in order to gain recognition of the annexation of Crimea and get rid of sanctions.

On February 1, the adviser to the head of the President's Office, Mykhailo Podoliak, said that Russia was betting on Europe's "fatigue" with Ukraine and taxpayers' protests.

British intelligence believes that Russia's military-space forces still retain a sufficiently large number of aircraft, but it is unlikely that Russia will decide to dramatically expand the air campaign because of this.

The British Ministry of Defense reported this on Twitter.

As noted in the summary, activity in the air now roughly corresponds to the average daily norm observed since the summer of 2022.

According to British intelligence, in general, the Russian aviation is still significantly behind and is held back by the high threat from the Ukrainian air defense system, which remains, and dispersed basing due to the threat of strikes on Russian airfields.

"Russian warplanes operate almost exclusively over the territory held by Russia, which does not allow them to effectively fulfill their key strike role," the message emphasizes.

At the same time, throughout Russia, the Russian Aerospace Forces probably kept a fleet of approximately 1,500 combat aircraft with crews almost intact, despite the loss of more than 130 units since the beginning of the invasion.

"However, it is unlikely that the Russian Air Force is currently preparing for a sharp expansion of the air campaign, because under the current conditions of the battle, they would probably suffer unacceptable losses of aircraft," believes the Ministry of Defense of Britain.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, at night the occupiers launched a missile attack on Ukraine.

Meanwhile, during the day, the Ukrainian aviation carried out 11 strikes on the areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment of the occupiers, as well as five strikes on the positions of anti-aircraft missile systems. A Russian Ka-52 helicopter was also destroyed.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the Russian army and the Wagner private military company could lose up to 200,000 people, of which up to 60,000 were killed.

This is stated in the daily review of the British Ministry of Defense on the war in Ukraine.

"The forces of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the People's Liberation Army, most likely, have lost 175,000-200,000 people since the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine, which probably includes about 40,000-60,000 killed," it is noted.

Losses began to increase significantly after September 2022, when the Kremlin announced a "partial mobilization".

British intelligence points out that by modern standards of warfare, Russian forces have a very high casualty rate, if you take the ratio between the wounded who subsequently survived and who died. This is associated with the low level of medical care in most units. The largest share of losses among personnel is caused by artillery.

"Wagner forces involved a large number of recruited prisoners. Among them, losses can make up to 50% of the composition," the review notes.

As earlier reported, The Times with reference to NATO data reported that Russia loses about 2,000 soldiers for every 100 m of advance through Ukrainian territory.

From my human vantage point I'm thinking we may all look back on this and say it was the beginning of the end of the world as we know it. But since I know Him who has it all in His hands, I also know I see through a very dark glass at best.

The bottom-line is HE'S GOT THIS!!!

The United States of America will provide the Armed Forces of Ukraine with long-range aviation bombs with GPS guidance manufactured by the Boeing company, which are capable of hitting targets at a distance of 72 km.

This was reported by the online publication European Pravda, referring to the Bloomberg agency.

The Pentagon has not officially acknowledged that it is sending a modified version of the Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) of Boeing, saying only that it will send "high-precision aerial munitions" as part of a USD 1.85 billion package announced on December 21, 2022.

But two people familiar with the matter confirmed to the publication that the weapon is an extended-range JDAM, known as JDAM-ER. They asked not to be named because the details are not being released.

Pentagon spokeswoman Kelly Flinn said the US would not identify the munition, citing operational security. JDAM kits are used by the US Air Force and Navy and have also been sold to more than 26 countries.

JDAM-ER can be installed on unguided bombs weighing from 190 to 750 kg. After being dropped, the bomb deploys its wings, allowing it to hover at a distance of up to 72 km and triple the range of the original weapon. The Extended-Range JDAM was developed in collaboration with the Royal Australian Air Force.

On January 20, Boeing received a USD 40.5 million order from the Air Force under an existing contract. The work must be completed by June 30. This contract shows that the US and Ukraine have jointly developed a method by which Soviet-era fighter jets operated in Ukraine can program and launch JDAM-ER.

The extended-range JDAM-ER system and Boeing's Ground-Launched Small Diameter Bomb (GLSDB) are among the new weapons the Pentagon announced this month for Ukraine.
