Goes for OCD because living with it requires acceptance to certain compulsions. Therapy questions that come up that reference a normal trap. A normal trap such as tell your partner your concerns about relationship. Beating ocd involves not getting into normal traps with compulsive rituals that everyone does.

OCD is a DISORDER that makes you doubt everything. Family and friends will give advice of “just trust your gut” when you talk about relationship concerns. It comes from a great place, but this advice is not helpful when living with OCD since your gut gives you tons of red flags.

Please know that your gut wont tell you the truth, and do things to get anxiety and uncertainty. Learn to live with doubt. If you drive a car, you live with doubt a lot you never know if you will in an accident, but you drive anyway. You may never know everything your OCD entails but you can still enjoy it every day.
