For a Federal conviction. The criminal is in possessin of at least 50 KG of grass ....That is not Johnny on a date in the car on Friday night. These guys are DRUG DEALERS. Their sentence is the simple conviction that puts a person in prison that actually has multiple cirmes in their file. Maybe, this was done for Hunter, so that he can start a comodities account in Weed .....One more Biden enterprise ...

Doesn't matter .....What matters is if they choose to deal once they go back on the streets. These guys have connections and will get back in game within days if not weeks. This time they have a much mre lethal drug to deal with. Watch Halloween this year ....if the multi colored fentenyl gets into the bags ....the death toll could well be in the thousands. Far outpacing the 120 dead by Ian last week .... Remember some of this is so lethal, simply touching it can put an adult down for the count .... I would imagine 99% of these are simple possession cases that probably go back decades but are still on people's records. That would bar people from crossing the borders, which are under federal law. We have the ridiculous situation (I'm sure elsewhere) where in BC and Washington, marijuana is legal. Crossing the border from BC to WA with a basic possession would be illegal because its a US federal offence.

Seriously? Who cares. This is the state of our country, where the number one concern isn't the economy, the evil leadership, the rampant genocide of the unborn...but weed. And I'm not just talking about you. I remember back during the fakedemic, Noem (South Dakota governor) actually took a stand against the tyrannical COVID rules, and was highly praised among her state for it. Then, towards the end of it she vetoed a poorly written marijuana legalization bill. Not because she's against weed, but because quite frankly, it was a garbage bill. And all the sudden her populace literally crucified her in the media. Over weed. So many more important issues out there....and our populace only cares about getting high.

Anyone might do anything. You can not convict someone based on what you think they might do. Doctors are the ones pushing the really addictive drugs right now. The problem is in the states where THC is legal. In some cases, people can buy it with a prescription, yet they can still get arrested under federal laws. I had a dentist tell me that he could prescribe it for people.

Marijuana causes impaired thinking and interferes with a person's ability to learn and perform complicated tasks. THC also disrupts functioning of the cerebellum and basal ganglia, brain areas that regulate balance, posture, coordination, and reaction time. It definitely did that to me after years of use, until I quite 20 years ago.
