What is deist??, I've never heard of a human with three hearts, nine brains and blue blood. the Bible doesn't cover every little thing created in detail. As far as physically yes the octopus is a amazing creation, humans are the most advanced beings on earth mentally man's intelligence. I did say the octopus is the most advanced biologically but probably have to retract that. Other creations like the immortal jellyfish that can revert back to its infant stage is another biological advanced being. Technically the jellyfish can live forever if the conditions are right and they don't get eaten. Here's another advancement of some animals over humans. The human body is capable of a tad bit of regeneration, part of the liver, lower rib bone, but some animals like a flat worm you can cut it into 10 little peices with a knife and you will end up with 10 little living flat worms. I'm not talking about intelligence or Consciousness but the physical operation of humans and animals. Man is currently studying the vision of the mantis shrimp in hopes of creating advanced optics beyond blue ray. the mantis shrimp has highly advanced vision, man right now cannot replicate it. Alot of human technology comes from studying God's biological creations. nuclear reaction was around long before man figured it out.
