Is being "saved" the same as "inheriting God's kingdom"?

There is not a difference.  Some may play word games too try to create a difference but there really isn't any.  When we are saved,  we receive the inheritance.  A disobedient believer will receive less rewards but the inheritance of the kingdom of God is for all believers.

This is true, on paper it is an absolute truth.

And whether we understand this or not we are part of it.

But how much can we see and for how much have we grown into the Kingdom.

What I am trying to point is the semantics of it..

We need to understand what is part of the Kingdom and grow into it....

To seek the things of the Kingdom as believers in Jesus.

And when we find the missing coin to get our peace and rest.

The point is some they find the missing coin but they do not experience the rest, they  still   continue to look for the missing coin...that's what Brother Paul had spent his life to help them understand.

But never the less, it is not according to our understanding because then we become our own ultimate Judge and that belongs to Jesus who does not exclude anyone who believes in him but we very often we look for ways to do...and we do so to exclude some believers from representing our group, not worthy to carry the flag of our group and refused them membership, but does not mean that Jesus Judge them in similar way because he also gives them his own righteousness...he imputed his own righteousness upon any one who believes in him but the individual groups demand that their members grow into the righteousness of their group to be a accepted as full pledge members...let it be as long as we understand the difference...

Very well said sir. That's better than I could have explained it.
