Paul here is not making reference to the creation of man in Genesis, or the creation of the nation of Israel. This is the regeneration of the spirit of man, as spoken by the prophet. Zechariah 12:1 The burden of the word of the Lord against Israel. Thus says the Lord, who stretches out the heavens, lays the foundation of the earth, and forms [G4111=plasso, VXX] the spirit of man within him. The prophets also speak of the spiritual regeneration to come with the restoration of Israel. As the nation of Israel is the work of the Lord in the flesh, so the Messiah forms “the spirits of just men made perfect”, which is His Bride. One thing I noticed. The idea of Plasma Spirit is used in the same way as Plasma Spirit. Together they represent the unseen Holy Spirit or power of God . In that way one is not used without the other. Interchangeable . 1 John 5:6 This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth. By water as if it was blood . Not water is blood. The words are interchangeable like the mix dust mixed with water breathing life living clay Our first birth the field of clay. dust and water. we are the clay. Isaiah 44:3 For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground: I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring: Isaiah 64:8 But now, O Lord, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand. Dry ground throughout the bible seems to represent a soul thirsting for the gospel as a famine God can send a famine for hearing (sola scriptura God's understanding to us . ) Abel's blood used to represent his new born again spirit cries out from the dry land as do all the apostles as saints. Dry land that thirst for the gospel the first thing good during creation and "it was good" . Genesis 1:10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.
