uhhhh.......

even Jesus 'felt' sad..He even cried

on the other hand, we are told to be anxious for nothing, but feelings that we are not comfortable with are not indicators of impending demon involvement

smh

@Ocean Isaiah 48.10 speaks of 'the furnace of affliction' but also of the glorious fact that the Lord has chosen the believer in the midst of it.

Jesus- " In this world you will have trouble".

It's how we deal with the trouble that makes the difference.

There are also times of rest and fun.Even here.

Happiness is conditional upon outward things and fluctuates.  Joy is constant and is from knowing Him and the facts of what He's done/doing for us!

John 16:33

These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Philippians 4:11-12

Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.  I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.

the actual op is concerning in that the creator of it seems to believe God has told him that all sadness and anxiety is from the devil

do you agree with that?  every believer is not in the furnace of affliction.  let's try to apply scripture in the context of where it is found

@Ocean Everyone is in individual circumstances but there is plenty of Scripture - which is all sufficient - to apply to our every need and circumstance, by God's grace.

I guess you are just looking for something to do.  Is there a reason you did no answer my question? Do you agree with the OP?  Do you support his premise?

You seem to dodge and deflect.  That kind of gets a person nowhere.  As per your thread on 'addictions' leading to an overly long discussion on tatoos, which you appear to encourage, it seems you just want to insert plenty of yeast into the mixture.

I'm done.

Why does anxiety cause the feeling  of illness even when you are bot ill. Example I have heart disease which can cause chest pain. I have also had chest pain when Im not really having any real chest pain . Is this of satan.

No. It's of this flesh and blood body.

Severe anxiety, particularly associated with anxiety disorders, sets in motion a process in the brain which causes the release of a number of hormones (such as adrenaline and cortisol) throughout the body. Some of these hormones increase blood pressure and heart rate, all of which contributes to chest pain... sweating... a sensation of tightness in the chest accompanied with breathing issues (some people may hyperventilate), to name some common symptoms. It's called a panic attack, my friend.
