To someone else maybe sure

@AFlameOfFire Well.....to paraphrase the saying: "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" ....

one could possibly say also:

"A tattoo is validated in the dermis of the parlor client".

Many parlor clients may be Christians with a definite witness-related purpose in mind. (If this makes any sense...?)

They are really of this world, and not the things of the Spirit but of the things of the flesh. As far as beauty is concerned we all know beauty is both vain, and fades

No I do not. what I mean is that one without an unbeliever without a tattoo can set a better example than a christian with a tattoo trying to be like the world.

Some ppl look at it this way:

With the closure of the poll about tattoos on the other thread, it seems an idea to give opportunity for the question to be re-phrased and for further opportunity for thought answers to new poll options........

No I didn't. I haven't decided what to do!

PS: @Thewhitedove And remember:

It's not what others may opine or guilt-manipulate, etc., you about your tattoo options that counts;

it's what you  :) before the Lord honestly feel is right and appropriate for you.

Some Christians are always going to be unpersuaded about ink. Others may feel that a bit of judiciously placed ink in a faith based theme can act as a witness tool.

Hey check this out. similar to this thread kinda sorta almost nearly but not quite hardly. they may not have had  needles back then

Deu 6:6 & 8

6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:

8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.

The above would mean to bind or tie, but there is one that has the word tattoo in its definition

Leviticus 19:28 Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks H7085  upon you: I am the LORD.

incision, imprintment, tattoo, mark

yes I quoted that verse in the beginning of the thread when I said I am not against tatoo's if they do not refer to dead friends or dead relatives. Or could have been in the other thread I think he started two.
