The FISA was set up to GUARANTEE U.S. intelligence gatherers were CRIPPLED!!! Also this moronic judge seems not to realize that the FISA charter does not apply in time of war. In time of war the rules regulating signal intelligence are very different. I don't know about you, but I feel better knowing that calls to and from Al Qaeda operatives are monitored........ Also this moronic judge seems not to realize that the FISA charter does not apply in time of war. In time of war the rules regulating signal intelligence are very different.
