Can you even find the term before 1948? The people who lived in Palestine! As to the name, well I've got a coin in my pocket for mandate Palestine from 1937. It5 may suit your beliefs to deny the existence of a people you don't approve of, but it is at the very least silly and at the worst dangerous. First of all, you didn't answer the question. There were no "Palestinian" Arabs before 1948, and infact not before the 1960's. They are a rather recent invention. While the term "Palestine" is a term used since ancient times, it was never applied to the Arabs. So your coin from 1937 proves nothing. Of course, real history and credible facts never seem to mean anything to you.
