Two people of the same sex do not possess required body parts to interact sexually and, of course, their intercourse can never be fruitful. The absorptive & delicate lining of the human rectum with the bacteria of the lower gut surely spells disease and death. The fact is that 80% of AIDS cases are among homosexual or bisexual males; other diseases suffered either exclusively, or in larger percentages by the homosexual population, include: anal cancer, chlamydia trachomatis, cryptosporidium, giardia lamblia, herpes simplex virus, HPV, gonorrhea, viral hepatitis B and C, and syphilis. Not a very pretty picture. In fact, a cavalcade of doom and destruction. Check too "Psychological Medicine" re the mental health in a birth cohort of young adults between 21 and 26. 71.4% of homosexuals suffered from mental problems compared to 14.5% for heterosexuals.....illicit drug use, 42.9 for homosexuals, 11.1 for heterosexuals.....suicidal ideation, 71.4 for homosexuals, 10.9 for heterosexuals. The December 2003 issue of "British Journal of Psychiatry" found much higher rates of illegal drug use, a;coholism & psychological problems among homosexuals than among heterosexuals. Similar studies in ultraliberal Denmark & Holland - two coiuntries most accepting of sodomy - found similar results. Homosexuality, far from being the "hope of the world," is rather the curse of our times undeserving of even a walk-on part in progressive society. Why choose to die early? Why would ANYONE in a right frame of mind walk the "Sodomy Road" with Killer AIDS staring him in the face? A tethered goat in a field of foxes. How can one appear not addled at all? Guest Ian T
Calling God a "homophobe" - that takes the cake! God hates sin. Period! Calling homosexuality a sin is not "homophobic," any more than calling adultery a sin is "adultryphobic." Again, I ask you, Trevor, how do you believe Jesus treated sin? One big difference. adultery causes harm and misery to others. Homosexuality is between two consenting adults and affects no one else.

Guest Ian T
Also, do these studies Arthur mentions in anyway suggest a link between the homophobia of society and their treatment for being gay and mental problems? I doubt it, but it is a factor, I don't suffer mental problems, but I don't get abused for my sexuality either??

Gee whiz, how about HETEROphobia or MORALphobia or CHRISTOphobia, Ian? Mad broccoli disease lives, yes? But homosexuality's KILLER AIDS and all the other horrendous pro-homosexual diseases I mentioned have to take the cake! By the way - and it's quite vital to relate it - I have never yet, in all my travel, counselling and lectures on a fairly global scale - met any little boy who said he wanted to marry a boy when he grows up! Unwind, unwind please with all your might! http://arthurdurnan.freeyellow.com
