Continue to do so, because I doubt there's anyone who could refute what you have to say.... I have heard of Watchman Nee and most of the churches I have attended recognize him as an apostle. Victory in Christ is obtained by paying attention to the life of the One who lives in you. Life is verses knoweldge; it is opposite knowledge. Knowlede can only bring death, while Christ, whose very words are spirit and are life, is life. The point above is encapsulated in the statement, "If you would go to the Lord and praise Him in this way for five or ten minutes..." Going to the Lord and offering yourself up as a living sacrifice, and by calling on His name (Regardless in the manner of which you do that, mind you. There is no prescribed way to call upon the name of the Lord. Only that you call His name) you gain more of Him. The more Christ you gain the more you become victorious over whatever negative situation or environment you are encountered with. Which is brilliant, you human computer you. I read the paraphrased work and could not come away with anything but how you have delineated it I have read one of Watchmen Nee's books and found deep profound Spiritual Truth in it. Bless you my brother and I know that you are such. peace, Dave

Guest christiansloveisrael
I went to a church that-before every prayer they would say "oh Lord Jesus! Oh Lord Jesus! " over and over like 3-5 times before each prayer before each prayer. Also most people in that church go to a bible school that requires the women to wear skirts because its more feminine I assume. Are they weird? The Bible is full of common sense, reasonable doctrines, and peace of mind. The Bible says that God is not the "author of confusion". If something is telling you to hit the hills...that "something" is probably the Holy Spirit. I recomment you find a nice, decent, Bible-believing church where common sense and peace of mind prevail. Trust me...you'll know the difference.

I mean only ppl in that church do that........you see it seems like this creepy cultic brainwashing thing.... Well I suppose the same can be said for Catholics, I mean they are always doing these rituals in unison and saying things all together and stuff.....hmmm.....well.... Is it true that they are really strict about what films, TV, etc to watch and stuff like that? 1 Corinthians 12:3 Therefore I tell you that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, "Jesus be cursed," and no one can say, "Jesus is Lord," except by the Holy Spirit. Acts 2:21 And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. 1 Corinthians 1:2 To the church of God in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus and called to be holy, together with all those everywhere who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ
