People are often in their minds but the soulish man cannot receive the things of God. The Word is living and operative; sharper than any double-edged sword. 1 Corinthians 2:14,15 which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, combining spiritual thoughts with spiritual words. But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised. I do believe the Holy Spirit speaks loud and clear through God's word to us if we will listen to what he is saying. In the 2nd & 3rd chapters of Revelation we have the seven letters to the seven churches. I know there are varying beliefs concerning these letters. Personally, I believe they are for the Church for all time, but particularly in these final days before Christ's return I hear the Spirit of God speaking loud and clear for the Church to repent.
